Just recently purchased a new home in Menifee CA and met Bill one day when I was home for some other appointments. Yes Bill was going door to door but was very respectful and was not pushy what so ever. Bill followed up with me for at least two weeks while I was taking other bids. I finally decided to have Stay Connected Security hook up our system using Monitronics. (Also another reputable company — we use Monitronics for our business in SD).
Overall customer service, and their promptness was on point. The installation happened same day we signed papers and only took about an hour and a half. We have at least 16 Windows. The interface they use is great as well. All touch screen and very user friendly. If your looking into security system and service that is local and the owner is easy to reach I definitely recommend Stay Connected Security.

Bill came to my new home to hawk his service. I told him I had already chosen a different company for my security needs. He started to berate the opposition, I interrupted stating they more than met my needs. As he left he made a disparaging comment. I think he is both rude and arrogant.

Bill, who is with Stay Connected Security, in all honesty has to be one of the most up front guys I have met in this industry. From the time I met him to the time of the install, he was there for me every step of the way. He gave me great insight, history, tips, and awesome conversation during the time we spoke and I could not thank him enough. Bill with Stay Connected Security Inc. is on top of his game and very customer service oriented. =o) The installation was scheduled and Bill was there on the day of the installation with his technician Ray. They walked through the house and discussed placement options. Ray and Bill were very professional and they made sure to give us a brief but thorough review on how to use the keypad and all the features. We are very pleased with the system.
