Ultra Limousine & Temecula Wine Tours

A group of friends and I were looking to go wine tasting with some out of town friends. We didn’t want a local limo service. We wanted someone who knows the best kept secrets of Temecula and the best boutique wineries to visit. We didn’t want to stand in line with the rest of the out of towners or wait in an hour line to get a table for lunch. A friend referred to Kristen at Ultra Limos and I really didn’t think you could get this quality of service in the IE.
First off, when Kristen called and confirmed our appointment she has a series of questions that tailored our trip to perfection. I was even asked if anyone in our group had food allergies so they could tailor the restaurants accordingly. It was a good thing she asked because one of our friends was very allergic to shell fish…
So we booked the H2 Limo, and the driver (Jake) showed up 15 minutes early and provided me with his card with his cell phone number on it, he said «if you need anything… anything at all when your away from the car text me and I do my best to make it happen» looking at it later on, texting was the best way to communicate with the driver to pick us up when we were ready to leave.
So we jump into the beautiful white Hummer Limo and inside were fresh flowers, a bottle of wine and a thank you card from the person I spoke to on the phone Kristen. I thought this was a VERY nice gesture and something you typically don’t see.
We visited several wineries and didn’t wait in line one time. We have a true VIP service.
This was the absolute best service I have ever used. I asked them why they don’t advertise and the driver said why, we stay busy all year and we have the best repeat customers in the world.
I will be back for sure!
