I recently discovered Bikes Unlimited and I am a very happy customer. I just brought them my Lemond Tourmalet for an overhaul tuneup, and I simply can’t believe how smooth the bike now runs. Barry knows all the secrets to tuning a bike, and I can guarantee you that he will not charge for work that does not need to be done. The staff is very enthusiastic about answering all of your questions. Bikes Unlimited has a great, selective collection of bikes and accessories, and I highly recommend you check them out for all your biking needs.

Barry was a life saver. My husband’s bike had a damaged rear wheel. They were able to fix it affordable and quickly. My husband was thrilled with how professional and helpful this shop was. We are from out of town and still they treated him as though he was a valued customer. They knew he brought the bike 700 miles and wanted to ride. They made sure it could happen. This shop should be on anyone’s go-to list if you need a bike or service on your bike. This is exactly what a local bike shop should be like. This shop was recommended to my husband by a fellow he was parked next to at Freedom Park. Grateful businesses like this exist. Wish there more of them in the world.

My favorite shop in the area. Switched to them after Wheelsmith closed down. Does not have the worlds biggest selection of accessories but has a nice range of bikes on hand. Prices are usually very good.

Just got back from a family vacation in the Williamsburg area and Bikes Unlimited was the only shop I could find in the area that does bicycle rentals. The owners were really nice and gave me a sweet Bianchi Milano Citta comfort bike(and a lock) for the week for a reasonable cost. The biking turned out to be great — lots of bike lanes and separated routes, and the Virginia Capital Trail from Jamestowne to the Chickahominy River park is fantastic! If I lived in Williamsburg, I would shop there!
