Stay away from this store. My husband purchased a ring for me for Christmas. I went in to return the $ 500 sale ring. I had the original box, the elastic price tag, and receipt. The first cashier sighed and called for a manager. She made some comment under her breath concerning the tags in tact. As the manager approached she begins to look at the tags and roll her eyes. When I asked what’s wrong she said the tags are supposed to stay in tact. She said its their stated policy. I told them my husband possibly did not know. The manager them abruptly said«then NEXTTIME tell him don’t remove the tags.» I still do not see the policy on the receipt… I did receive a refund however, Don’t worry, I won’t buy from Kmart in the future… I suggest you too Stay away from this store.

Yes, me and my son went Kmart just to kill sometime well we came across a bike that was on sale great price. Well we were looking for a sales person would you believe we waited for 20 to 25 minutes to get any help. This is not okay, and we’re wondering why humans are being replaced by computers and other machines.

Terrible customer service. I couldn’t find an employee in the store except at the customer service counter. He told me I would have to wait for five minutes and should go to check line 1. When I went to check out line 1 she said she was closing. So I got in line behind 5 other customers all waiting in line for the only register open. When I finally for to the counter, they couldn’t pull up the price on one if the items I wanted to purchase and asked, «do you still want to buy it? I don’t have a price for it.» Sorry to trouble you with my business Kmart. I left and went to walmart! As Dustin Hoffman once said in the movie, The Rainman–«Kmart sucks!»

I think we can all agree that K-Mart as a chain might as well just rollover, close and die because they are obviously on life support having been passed in terms of price, quality and relevance years ago by WalMart/Target plus many others. Visiting this location is not exactly going to change that mindset. While we were grateful for them being open at 9am on a Sunday that’s about the extent of the positives of our experience. The store had a very old/musty odor to it and things just looked dated-pathetic-poorly laid out-etc. Since it was going to be raining all day we needed umbrellas and while they had a few on a little mobile rack the prices were ridiculous and the selection was slightly less than desirable. No dark colors were there as apparently whomever does K-Mart’s purchasing thinks that everyone wants an umbrella that makes them look like a traffic cone on two feet or that they will be participating in a LGBT parade. So while we got what we needed, as an FYI the evil empire of WalMart had no umbrellas, we certainly did not get what we wanted nor at a price that was remotely close to sane. Yick!

Felt and looked unclean and organized. Also the staff were friendly except for the stocker who were slowly stocking and trying to look busy while I pass by.

The cleanliness, short lines and shopping options are a definite improvement from my local store. However there treatment of shoppers is not. They refuse to honor clearly marked pricing on items. However that didn’t bother me as much as there insinuating that I had a pricing gun and changed the item price myself. I left and went to Walmart. Poor customer service in this economy was unacceptable!

Visited here to pick up some essentials while on vacation and were pleasantly surpised. You dont typically expect much walking into K Mart, where we live if a K Mart employee speaks english its enough to make you do a backflip. The staff here however were really friendly and very helpful, not to mention had a full english vocabulary :) Thanks for breaking the K Mart stereotype!
