Love their bagels — I travel 30 miles for them. Fresh and delicious. As for the employees, I call before to make sure they have what I want and they are always willing to hold them for me. Kudos!!!

I’ve been here multiple times and everything is always really good. My favorite sandwiches are the ones with steak and cheese(especially on a nice buttery toasted croissant). The bagels and muffins are pretty good too. I’d recommend the asiago bagel(not sure if I spelled that correctly but it’s the one with cheese on top) and the chocolate muffin. If you don’t like cheese then I’d recommend an everything bagel. That’s the one where they combine all the other bagels into one yummy super bagel. All the workers are pretty friendly too and service is pretty quick and reliable.

Had the croissant sandwich. Egg was freshly cooked, it was real too. Way better than a fast food egg. Coffee was good too. Had their vanilla nut blend and it was better than Dunkin or Starbucks. May have to wait longer than normal because they cook it fresh. At busy hours it may be difficult to find seating if you want to eat inside.

As a former New Yorker I may know a little about bagels. Okay, a lot. This place delivers. Whether it’s cream cheese(8 varieties) eggs meat and cheese, or lox, each member of my 5-person party absolutely loved their breakfast. Great texture and a wide variety of bagels. Would recommend to anyone with a bagel craving.

I need to up the rating for this one as it has become a regular lunch spot for me. There are several sandwich options that I enjoy, and the preparation is consistent and ingredients fresh. The place is well managed and staff are always pleasant. I know I can be in and out quickly and have a solid meal, which is why I keep coming back. I know these are small details, but they always keep copies of today’s paper and offer free wi-if, both of which I take advantage of when I eat in.

This was my first time back in Williamsburg for years, and I was so disappointed to find out that Big Apple Bagel went out of business. We tried this place hoping to find an acceptable substitute. I will admit that I am very pleased with this place! Great variety of bagel and cream cheese flavors. Everything we got was very tasty. It also features a very friendly staff who brings your orders right to your tables. Thanks for the awesome experience.

Great bagels! The price is slightly more than I’d like, but I still enjoy it once in a while. Definitely worth your time.

This place hit the spot for a midday meal. The bagels were good, especially the one we got with Atlantic Lox & Cream Cheese. There seemed to be a great deal of variety here, though choices for a vegetarian on the sandwich side was lacking. They seemed to be a bit low on bagel choices, but maybe that was because of the time of day(1pm).

This place has been recommended to me several times & I finally decided to visit last week! I had an egg white, bacon and cheese bagel and it was delicious. Great price for some quick breakfast food.

What a great place for breakfast sandwich and coffee. The latte’s were great. Had a sausage, egg and cheese on everything bagel. Outstanding! Made fresh no microwave. Staff was very friendly. Will be back again next time in Williamsburg.

I am visiting Williamsburg and thought we’d try Manhattan Bagel. Place was clean, service was good and prompt — but to call these Manhattan bagels is a REAL stretch. That said I’ve had worse. But as a native New Yorker it’s obvious these guys have never been to NYC.

Went here the morning after a friend’s graduation party. The ones that weren’t still drunk were incredibly hungover(don’t worry, the party was close enough that we walked). I don’t know whether the food was good because it was actually good or because we all felt like a steaming pile of horse poop, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. Also ran into an ex’s parents there… hella awkward, but nothing against the establishment. I’ll try going again sober. Standby for that review.

I thought that I would treat myself to a Sunday morning bacon, egg, and cheese this morning… It was hardly a treat. I take my order to-go to have back in bed. Upon returning to my home I opened the box to find the wrong order. I then drove back to the shop to get the correct bagel. Once I wait in line again, the employee behind the counter sees me then knowingly giggles at the mistake. I would expect an apology not laughter. They then hand me the bagel that had made for me 20 minutes earlier. Since it had been just sitting there while I drove home and back, by the time I brought the correct sandwich home it was just barely warm. I am doubtful the bagel was toasted, as I requested, since it was so chewy(and not in the good way). It was completely flavorless as was the the flaccid excuse for bacon. I’ve had better Dunkin’ Donuts breakfast sandwiches, I’ll stick to those when away from NYC. If you dream of those New York bodega sandwiches like I do, keep dreaming, because you’ll only be disappointed here. It is a shame that this is the only bagel place in Williamsburg.

Perhaps I came here for the wrong reason… a latte. Being a typical tourist I was just looking for some place close for my morning caffeine assuming they had something reasonable since they cater to a morning crowd. It was one of the worst I’ve had. It didn’t help that the cook and order taker were having a disagreement and made no effort for a minute(standing in line for 60 secs extra seems like forever) to help the customers.

Love bagels and this is one of the best places in town. Panera and Dunkin Donuts sell bagels, but they aren’t true NY bagels. They took my name, had the bagels ready within 10 minutes. Great coffee. It’s not the easiest place to spot. It’s in a white building and has a sign out front, but if you are from out of town like me, you could easily drive past it. The only reason, I am not giving them a 5 is because it seemed like they were taking care of internal business instead of making my bagels as quickly as possible. Not sure if they were training…

Honey whole wheat everything bagel. It doesn’t get much better than that. Well, add lox, cream cheese, onion and tomato and it’s pretty darn perfect for this girl’s palate. Manhattan Bagel was a grad school favorite of mine, so being back in Williamsburg this weekend meant I had to visit all my old stomping grounds. And I have yet to find a honey whole wheat everything bagel anywhere else, so I couldn’t pass up the chance to get my fix. Yep, just as good as I remember it tasting. Manhattan Bagel never skimps on the cream cheese, which is mucho important to me. My favorite is the garden veggie, but you can’t really go wrong with any of the cream cheese flavors when you’re spreading them on that awesome bagel. MB’s the perfect hangover cure, and an ideal setting for rehashing the previous evening’s activities with friends. There’s not much ambiance(it’s a bagel place, after all!), but they offer plenty of seating for diners choosing to enjoy their bagels on the premises. I know it’s a chain, but this ‘burg location’s the only one I’ve ever been to so it holds a special place in my grad school self’s heart.
