I could not wait to try, I thought my Italian sub was good, my husband thought his hero was good, I would eat here over a few places but nothing that said we are a 5… a bit pricey for a 6 inch sub, Ned drink and cookie or bag of chips.($ 20 for two of us)

Smokehouse beef and cheddar was really tasty! Lots of smoke and beef. My only grip is how ALL hot sauce bottles were so dirty, caked with dried sauce dripping down the sides of bottles. I asked crew if they clean them, response was” we just throw them away when there empty” if they overlook the details, then I must question how clean the entire restaurant is. Just saying.

This was our first visit to Firehouse Subs and we were very disappointed. The food was really good but the service was really bad. They have employees that are working there that have no idea how to treat a customer. We were not greeted as we walked in and they were very impatient as we looked at the menu to decide what to order. They got put out when asked what was on the sandwiches. We thought they were just that way with us but as we saw others coming in we saw they were treated in the same manner. So if you want a real good sandwich and don’t mind being treated with disrespect then this is the place to go. We would love to go back because of the sandwiches but probably won’t because of the way we were treated. I hope the owner of this establishment will be reading this.

Stumbled into this place when subway decided to close early. Quick service and a delicious BIG sandwich!

Just stopped in for a quick lunch at somewhere different. We both got the club on a sub. My wife got a medium I got a large. We didn’t know what to expect as we waited a few minutes for our food. The staff was friendly and atmosphere was nice. The staff brought our food to our table instead of yelling our number. That was a nice touch. To our surprise the subs were toasted and stuffed with meat. Both were enjoyable and very flavorful. The combos were a bit pricey, $ 22 for both, but worth the money. We will definitely be back.

Best sub’s … It was my wife’s first time to firehouse and she was not disappointed. Our sub’s were fantastic and cooked perfectly and my wife and I were so full afterwards. The only part I didn’t really like was that as we were walking in I was rating and raving about other firehouses I’ve been to down south were I grew up and how many awesome hot sauces they have from all over, and when we got in they only had about five or six different options, I’ve been to about five other firehouses and they have about 20 plus kinds from all over the place not just Tabasco and a few others. All in all we were very happy and we just found out that they have two up in new england now … We will be making the trip to these

Their website and Unilocal both clearly show they are open till 10:00PM. I placed an order online through their website at 9:05PM and was called by an employee as I was pulling in their parking lot stating they were closed and my order was cancelled. This is 2015, how hard is it to update your website? Very inconvenient a waste of gas and still hungry.

Pay attention to detail when setting up interviews for people. When you are a manager yes you have alot of things that go on, but you also need to pay attention to detail especially when it comes to wasting someones time with an interview and saying they must be atleast a certain age to work at your establishment. My daughter had an interview set up and with in 3 minutes is told oh you have to be 16 and a half to work here. Well im sure there is a question on your application that asks how old some one is. Try reading applications before wasting peoples time especially when it’s a no go because of age. What that does is waste the persons time. You question was answered on the application. Further more lets try communication with your team since one of them were the one that told her you only needed to be 15. It is not a hard task to check applications before call backs especially when it has to do with age.

I ordered the«featured» meatball sub, they asked if I wanted sweet & spicy, I said yes, and WOW… WOW — — that was a spicy meatball. TOOSPICY for me, I mean my mouth was on fire for 30 mins after eating… way to spicy for regular folk… I would not recommend, maybe regular sauce type if at all. The meatballs werent that good, kinda non discript and no texture to them, definently NOTHOMEMADE… I’d stay with the cold cuts type subs, you less likely to be disappointed… On them they steam the meat before putting in roll, good, but shrinks the meat to «Wheres The Beef» size, so the subs look meat deprived by the time you get them. I’d say add more meat Firehouse, if you wanna keep me coming back…

Sucks! Been waiting for over 20 minutes for our food. Subway next door would have it ready by the time I got to the register.

Food was good but took 15 mins to get from the time my order was placed. Soda machine was out of ice and no lids for standard size drinks, no paper in ladies restroom. Water out of the soda machine tasted as though the lines had not been cleaned in a while. Not a good representation of the firehouse subs chain.

It took them close to 20 mins to make a veggie sub. The person in front of me ordered 2 meatball subs and he got it in less than 5 – 7 mins. They were just chatting. Terrible !

I like Firehouse Subs as a chain, I really do. To me they’re sort of like Subway except their sandwiches have actual flavor. The downside of Firehouse is that compared to Subway they do cost a good bit more and the other downside in my visit to this location is that the staff in particular the supervisor-type who took my order got it completely wrong. Now this Firehouse compared to at least the ones that I have been to in PA is positively huge. I mean probably a good three times the size. Aside of that everything else is the same with the Freestyle Coke machine, the wall of chips and the wide array of hot sauce bottles. Back to the screwup. Whenever we go to Firehouse we order the same thing. #1 on wheat with just the mustard and a #10 on white with no mayo. Simple enough right? Wrong! The #1 comes out on white with everything and the #10 comes of wheat also with everything. I inquire with the woman who dropped our food off as to why things came out incorrectly and she said that she just read the ticket and didn’t take the order. When I showed her my receipt she again oh so pleasantly repeated that she read the ticket and made it the way it was put into the system. When I asked where the supervisor-type was who took my order, she looked around and said she assumed that she was either outside smoking on fooling around on her phone. Well as much as I wanted to be pissed off and either complain or wait for the food to get redone I couldn’t because we had to back to CW for an evening program(the food at Firehouse takes long enough as it is) and the gist I got from the person who made the food was that no one really cared anyway. So lesson learned that if we’re in the area again we’ll steer far, far away from the hell hole as clearly no one cares and quality is not job #1 but around job #143.

First time at this franchise and at this location, so our family enjoyed the décor/motifs — besides the fact that kids love firefighters and the color red, this location has a huge firefighting mural that is an enigma of reality. This is good because there is a wait for food prep. But back to the meal we took the large meatball and italian subs to go. The subs were big and they were similar to other hot-sub chains — this location in particular was liberal with sauces/dressings. There is a deal right now(football season) — free drink and chips with purchase of large sub if you wear your favorite team jersey.

Went here ok the 4th and it was pretty disgusting inside. Yes, they were busy, but that is no excuse for how disgusting the floors and tables were. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days and I could barely take a step without stepping in food scraps

Very friendly staff! Nice, clean dining area. The sandwiches are great and they have a large variety of choices. The Hawaiian Pork BBQ sandwich is Out-Of-This-World! You have to try it!

I love Firehouse, and this franchise is decent. Food is good, one and only complaint is the long time it takes them just to take orders.
