I owe a speck of my excess *awesomeness to taco bell. Hubby and I have eaten at many Taco Bell locations in the metro area. This particular Williamsburg location had the best employees I have ever encountered at any Taco Bell. In DC it is hit or miss. The employees were friendly and helpful. They chatted with us while we waited for our order. The counters were clean. The work area was organized and clean. I could have been in the lobby of an upscale restaurant. Everyone was professional and took pride in their work. I am so accustomed to indifference and being herded like cattle at Taco Bells. It was nice to have a classy joint with happy employees. The artwork on the walls was fun. We spent $ 5 and were treated as if we had spent $ 100. Too bad this«run for the border» takes approximately 2 hours. *weight

My only complaint is that I drove up to the drive thru about 1215 a.m. and was told that they were closed, but it clearly says on here and on their website that they’re open until one a.m. Being that Williamsburg doesn’t have many places open late it didn’t leave me many choices. I cannot review their food as I didn’t get any.

The best taco bell. Everyone is normally very friendly here. Quick too the tacos are made with lots of stuff and arent greedy with the fillings and such. Anytime we want tacos we come here. We always have special requests like no sauce or just meat and cheese and they are happy to accommodate

Food is as good as any other Taco Bell I’ve been to. My one complaint is that the Mt. Dew is always watered down.

No issues here at all. The variety 12 pack was ordered and I was asked if I wanted it as-is or customized to which I customized and it was executed flawlessly. I was on and off the property in under five minutes. That’s as good as it gets when you’re gettin’ greased.

Absolutely HORRID Service, Horrible Staff Attitudes, Went with my three children on 8÷15÷2012. My daughter ordered and changed her mind. The cashier rudely and loudly yelled in the upmost UNprofessional manner to her manager that«she be change her mind», and then smacked her lips and swayed her head. The short older manager came over and acted lie I had just abruptly woken her from a rude sleep. Not wanting a confrontation, I said please take the gentleman’s order behind me. The manager loudly snapped«do what? she already be put your order in!» NuhhUhh. So I then was regretfully rude to my daughter trying to get her to hurry and make up her mind. further trying to avoid confrontation. and I made her order. My daughter then asked,(God forbid) If she«could please have some ranch». You can guess the answer. «We aint got no ranch!» the RUDF manager got even more agitated and was very vocal in her displeasure that we had disturbed her. Mumbling about us all the way across the open kitchen. Now during this time, another staff(in uniform) was on a mobile device walking around up and using profanity in front of my children with whom she was speaking with. Then the cook on duty(who had just made our tacos which were in cold, unheated chewy shells, granted they were stuffed with plenty of lettuce and cheese, and the Mexican pizza was hot) started working on another co-workers car in the parking lot. It may have been the most horrible dining experience of my life and it ensured an unpleasant ending to an incredible day at Water Country USA. This Taco Bell is located near Applebee’s and Chili’s on Richmond road, and although it looks new and quaint, I would absolutely avoid it at ALL cost ESPECIALLY if you have children. This establishment does not even deserve to hold the franchise rights to Taco Bell. It’s more like The Jefferson’s on crack meet Sanford and Sons on Meth where you dining experience is showered by profanity, and you eat in fear of being poisoned or being attacked.
