Great place! The other reviewer is some disgruntled gf of former renter you ran afoul of landlord.

It’s not worth it at all. There’s actually quite a bit of shady things going down here, and I don’t recommend eating here. Apparently after talking to some of the locals, the equipment was stolen from the BBQ people that used to rent it out, and they were booted out for over charged rent. This place ain’t half what it used to be, and the food isn’t even worth it anymore. It used to be sooooo much better. I’ve eaten here before and after the shift in management and it’s just not the same. The «new renters» are the owners of the property fyi. All the recipes are different and it now has a fast food feel towards it. Not my cup of tea!
