Chipotle Mexican Grill

My boyfriend and I come here almost every week. The employees are very efficient/​friendly and have almost memorized our order! We love Chipotle. This location is very tasty and the atmosphere is pleasant (much like other Chipotles). Would and do recommend!

First time to chipotle. I love Mexican food. Wasn’t overly impressed. What made the experience a 1 star was the service. The woman behind counter was rude and abrupt. At 8:19 pm they started closing up shop-​felt like we were in the way-​will not return.

The food is the same as all other Chipotles, but the portions seem to be smaller then any of the other locations I’ve been too. I can’t justify going to this location and paying the same for less food. They need to rethink there portion control.

Love the second location here in Wilmington. It’s much closer to my house. The food was good & the serving sizes were huge. The staff on the line was great, however the woman at the register was not. She was mean to the two other employees (I believe trainees) and shouted orders. Anyway, we had a good meal and maybe she was just having a bad day.

Fresh food is always the best, and chipotle delivers that. Both dishes we had were great, portions were fine. I love the fact that they have non-​GMO foods and that’s hard to find. Good, quick Mexican food. The staff was friendly.

This was my first time eating at Chipotle. I had heard that is was great from friends, however my experience was just mediocre.
The food was good, but nothing special. I had one of their bowls (recommended by a friend) which contained pork, rice, beans, cheese, and salsa. Most of the flavor came from the salsa. The beans and rice were good. The pork was not very flavorful, so it got lost in the rest of the dish. Overall, for the price (a little over $ 8 with a drink) I was kind of disappointed.
The service (which is like Subway, where you tell them what you want) was quick, but the servers weren’t very friendly. When paying we were told that we were «wrong» and that we had ordered 2 bowls, when they really just rang up our bowl twice. The issue was resolved, but definitely didn’t make a good first impression.
Also, the restaurant is supposedly a «Mexican» grill, but personally I’d call it a Southwest or Baja grill. As the food and flavors aren’t what you typically associate with Mexican food (besides the salsa.)
All in all, the next time I’m in the mood for good, cheap, and quick Mexican food, I’ll probably end up at San Felipe.

Top quality chipotle location. Like any location, they seem to be busiest around noon, so I would recommend going there for a late lunch or dinner.

Always fresh, fast and delicious! Their steak salads are the best! The only reason I can’t give this location 5 stars is because they seem to be skimping on servings. I had to ask for more lettuce (what the server gave me did not even cover the bottom of the bowl). My steak consisted of no more than probably a few pieces.
$ 10-​$ 11 is the norm for a quick lunch or dinner, just give me my bang for my buck. I can order from the kids menu for much cheaper and more food. :)

My very first time to Chipotle… and my last! I ordered a quesadilla w/​chicken. When it was plopped in the basket, it looked like a half a pizza. I asked about cutting it in slices and I was told they don’t cut… the girl handed me a plastic knife. It’s kind of difficult to cut through a quesadilla with a plastic knife so I ended up pulling off a wee bit… chicken was cold & cheese wasn’t even melted. A bag of chips was on my tray… finding out later I was charged $ 1.30 and I didn’t even get the salsa. Overall my $ 9.52 lunch was horrible… the only thing I ate/​drank was my soda. My friend who was with me ordered a chicken taco… cold…and cheese not melted one bit. It will be my last time… If I am going to spend $ 10 for lunch, please let me enjoy it!
