GREAT!!! Always on time and professional!!! The delivery in downtown Wilmington is quick and easy, you can pick the time you want them to deliver. Online ordering in the morning for your team, everyone’s food is labeled, excellent service!!!

No issues — just the same as any Jimmy John’s — all cold subs and as they say«Freaky Fast» service. $ 6.50 and out the door.

I’m still hungry!!! This place is clean, has friendly workers and your sandwich is made quickly. Good prices too. All of the good things simply can’t overcome the fact that the sandwiches are mostly lettuce. I got the tuna sub which had a pretty skimpy amount of tuna. The veggies were fresh and tasty, but I didn’t order a veggie sub. At first I thought I would probably come back with subs being just over $ 5, but I think I’ll stick with Olympic across the street. I recommend you do the same.

A few weeks ago, I decided to try Jimmy John’s since it is near my office. It also appears to be busy at lunchtime. Although the service is fast, my sandwich left me wanting more… more meat and more veggies. If you want a delicious sandwich at a good price, stop at Leo & Jimmy’s(next to the 9th Street Bookshop). You may have to wait a few more minutes, but it is worth the wait.

9.50 for a sub, chips, and a drink. Place is a ripoff! There’s no meat on the sub. I’m still hungry. Staff is rude fire them all.

Firstly I hate the name of this chain. Jimmy Jacks would be awesome change(RIGHT?!) but you can’t fight big business and I like to waste your time. So not a lot to say about these guys. They are definitely fast. Really fast. They are also good with the prices. 5.50 for a sub, yeah I dig it. What’s the problem then? Glad you asked! The first time I went I asked for a «Big John»(roast beef, lettuce, tomato, mayo). I got basically a salad sandwich with an ungodly amount of mayonnaise. The second time(yeah I’m a sucker, whateva) I got the same thing foolishly believing it was just bad luck before. Nope. That IS the sandwich apparently! They use lettuce as the main component of your sandwich so you fill up on iceberg lettuce. Then you get a super thin slice of roast beef. Yeah, you read that right A slice. I have had two of the«Big Johns» and I couldn’t tell what their roast beef even taste like. As for the service? I live in Philadelphia, dealing with rude, uncaring people is kind of a way of life. So that’s fine with me, I’m here for the food not for them to sell me their friendship like those weirdo chik-fil-a folks. So it is what it is, and you pay what you get for I guess. Can’t be mad at that. Oh, and cheese cost extra… those nazis.

Good subs for the money open till 8 pm but if you can get to Olympic subs across the street much better. Maybe a bit pricy but a small at Olympic will be a 8 inch at Jimmy Johns but a lot more added as in cheese and meat.

Yet another sub shop in Downtown Wilmington. The sandwiches are really fresh and reasonably priced. Also, the place is extremely clean and the customer service is great, unlike most of the Mom & Pop sandwich shops in the area. Not bad for a chain(I’d definitely pick this over the Subway on Tatnall for lunches during the work week), but not a «life changer» either.

Great subs. Reasonably priced. Subs could be a little longer and have a bit more meat on it but who am I to complain.

Looking for something different for lunch on Market Street, and figured I’d check this out. Should have looked here on Unilocal first! First time at a Jimmy Johns, yet person who waited on me at the register seemed more clueless about the place than me. I ordered a «Giant Club». Figured that would be on bread(as pictured on their website), not a long roll. What I got was the right ingredients on a long roll. No biggie. It’s lunch. I’m hungry. So, I grabbed it and out I went. What I got was a shredded lettuce sandwich with a little meat & cheese, a few tomatoes and what seems like half a jar of mayo! The roll was good(tho not a sub roll if you grew up anywhere within 50 miles). The rest? Eh… a bit better than Subway, for a little more money. But, not even as good as Wawa most of the time. Cheap? Yes. Worth it? Not in my opinion. If you like a lettuce sandwich with a little meat and cheese for trimming, or if you like Subway you may like this place. But, I’m sticking with the local favorites from now on. For a buck or two more I can get a delicious sub or steak that is twice the food. OK, maybe only a little more bread and less mayo — but twice the good stuff! And, next time I see any Jimmy John it will be for a frank on Concord Pike!

I usually like jimmy johns when I want a simple sub. I get the slim vito(basically italian meat and cheese on a sub) because I don’t like any veggies. So I usually ask if they can add oil. This place refused to add oil on my sub. How much could oil possibly cost?! The cashier told me to get the regular sub if I wanted oil. WHY?! I don’t eat any veggies. Maybe if she had said it to me in a nicer way I wouldn’t have been taken aback by her response. I just felt like the service was rude. I come here up to 3−4x a week and all I ask for is oil on my slim vito…

First time trying a Jimmy Johns sub. I’ll start with the good. Ingredients were nice with good quality meats. The bread is good. I really like the bread. Nice touch with the shredded lettuce. Here’s the bad part. Too much mayonnaise. I didn’t know they put so much mayo. Then the cheese is on bottom. Right on top of mayo so when you take a bite the cheese and meat along with everything else slides out the other end. Cheese on top of the mayo is very slippery. I asked for peppers and they didn’t put it in. Customer Service needs some improving. Not very friendly or helpful. I went to pickup my order and lady puts 2 subs on counter. There was no thank you, come again, enjoy or anything else. She didn’t even bag the subs. I asked for bag and she said«Do it yourself.» Place was not busy. There were no customers behind me but they couldn’t put my subs in bag for me. The sub would be good if cheese is reversed. The place needs better customer service. Show some customer appreciation by putting food in a bag. What place does that?
