I don’t mind when people make mistakes but when you ask them to check something and they don’t, it is inexcusable. Poor staff. Very disappointed.

Is it really a home-improvement store if you can’t stock quarter-inch drywall on a Friday night?

Very rude staff, especially the guy with tattoos. I will drive to home depot next time altough they are further.

I went into store clearly looking around for an item and not ONE employee asked if I needed help finding something. Good luck getting any kind of customer service!

A lumber yard. A big box hardware store. «IN» a shopping mall. How strange! But, in this case at least, it works. The interior is as large as you’d expect from Lowe’s and the exterior is jam-packed with plants and dirt and seasonals. It’s strange to park in a big, indoor shopping mall parking lot, go in, and then come out with 2×4’s and plywood, but it works.

Generally Lowe’s is light years better then Home Depot but this Lowe’s shines above the rest. The people are alot nicer then the people at the Philadelphia Lowe’s, that should be an indicator as to how nice the people in the Home Depot(Philly) are. Anyway, awesome people, lower prices and NOTAX, what else can i say???

I really like this place. Clean and organized and efficient. And now with the addition of WiFi, it is awesome. Still, with the cleanliness and organization, it does lack some items. Went looking for recessed outlets so I could plug my refrigerator flush against the wall and there was nothing there. Nonetheless, I’d rather come here anytime before the basement-smelling competition nearby…

We have had keys made here and purchased supplies. No issues.
