Best visit ever! Got vertical blinds a month ago, the plastic piece that the rod connects to broke and they took the guts out of one on the shelf and let me have that for free to replace the broken piece. Best experience ever!

Stopped by to look at appliances and kitchen cabinets for our beach condo. Debbie in appliances and Amy in Kitchens were very helpful. They were knowledgeable and pleasant. We were very pleased with the quality of the people at this Lowes!

My wife fits all the typical stereotypes and is a lover of all things Home Improvement. Saturday we went to Lowes for supplies to repurpose old adirondack chairs. What a strange and awful experience! We started with the paint but there was only one person at the counter and he was already helping multiple people. I asked where the stencils were located and was directed toward aisle 15. While my wife waited I attempted to find the stencils. After not finding the item on the aisle I was directed toward, I walked around trying to find customer service. Finally after not being able to find another employee, I went to the desk at the front of the store and was told very bluntly that there was only one person working the paint counter and I would have to wait. Next I tried to ask the same woman at customer service where the stencils were, she said aisle 63 and pointed behind me. Please Lowes, try to hire employees who understand customer service and know the layout of the store. After walking around lost for ten minutes I finally found aile 63 at the front of the store. Guess what? No stencils. Frustrated I returned to the woman at customer service who had already lead me astray. I explained that the item was not where she told me and she rolled her eyes at me, staring blanky. I asked her if she could ask someone else. Her response? «I aint got time for that.» She saw my look of anger and disbelief which provoked her to call someone. After a few minutes on the phone she stated that if they were not on aisle 15 then they didn’t have them in stock. I returned to the paint section to find my wife still waiting to be assisted. What was supposed to be a quick trip turned into an hour of bullshit. When it was finally time to check out, my wife asked if we could do military discount at the self service register. Instead of the cashier being helpful it was clear that we were an inconvenience to her. My wife asked about her day and she replied back rudely, «Does it look like I want to be here?» Thanks Lowe’s for non existence customer service I experienced from every employee I encountered. Clearly the people hired do not want to be here and thanks to your level of service neither do the customers.

You know the problem with these warehouse stores now is that you can never get any answers or real professional help. I went to have a key cut, and web though I had the blanks the lady at the counter said she couldn’t cut the key because she didn’t know how. I mean come on! If your gonna advertise that you cut keys at least have someone who actually know’s how to do it.
