I’m in this store pretty frequently, its always busy. With that being said I went in your store tonight, you guys really should have more than two cashiers on back to school season. Clothing is usually stocked in all sizes pretty well. Clothes last a while. Would recommend for casual clothes, but not for fancy occasion clothes.

I really wanted to like this location.
We just moved to the area.
Went in today to exchange or maybe choose something else. I approached the cashier, she was friendly.
Was told boldly j have to choose the same item because I used a coupon???
I didn’t mind paying more if I liked something else. Anyway!!!
Looking around with so many employees walking the floor NO one approached me and asked if I needed help, which I DID .
I don’t like messing there display.
Also noticed a young lady asking 5 people around me about an Old Navy CC…
She didn’t ask me IDK maybe I’m speculating !!! I think she thought I didn’t speak English… Just saying!!!

I needed a belt because between myself and my bride, nobody remembered to pack one for me for the trip, and my britches were falling off due to the weight of my cell phone and wallet in my pockets. Believe me, nobody wants to see a middle aged fat guy with his britches at his ankles out in public, so off we went to find a belt.
We left Old Navy empty handed. They had a good selection of belts, but I felt they were overpriced. Off we went to shop elsewhere.
