If you want to feel like you are buying a used car, then by all means head over here. Run around on pricing and poor customer service. In this day and age you can’t do business like this and get away with it.

This store has nice furniture that seems competively priced, but the sales people are very aggresive and follow you around the store. We even had one say«Looks like they’re leaving you better go catch them». I’m sorry, but high pressure sales tactics don’t make me want to buy a couch. I will not be going back here again.

We bought a microfiber sofa from Raymour back in 2007(For about $ 600) and got very good use out of it, so we headed to this location(Yay for no-tax in DE) but wound up buying elsewhere. Decent prices — and our sales lady(Shelly??) had been there for years and was so helpful. We wound up buying somewhere else solely due to price. We’ll let you know what happens.

While the sales associates are friendly(then again, aren’t most salesmen friendly?) everything else about Ramour Flanigan seems to suck, and we’ve used them several times over the last few years to know it. Seeking follow-up help for things like cleaning and upkeep of furniture once you’ve purchased it falls on uninterested ears. Customer service people tend to be unfriendly, delivery people always, ALWAYS seem to look for excuses not to deliver your furniture on the assigned day, etc. With this much hassle, it may pay in both the wallet and peace of mind to shop elsewhere. Oh, and this business about how they’ll deliver«ANYwhere in the Northeast in three days»? Not necessarily true.
