Membership is comical. Surly employees will run customer over. No help is provided. Savings hard to find.

I got my membership a couple of months ago and tried them one more time. Not good. It’s still Wal-​Mart. Bad customer service a few checkers and managment hasn’t a clue about anything. So glad I got my Costco membership back. Had to call to cancel and it’s been over a week and still no refund. I bet Sam Walton is shaking his head in disgust on what he started has turned into.

Although I could review every department (with varying results), this review is about the Tire Center. I trust it without question. Aside from all the other great things they’ve helped me and my sweetie with, Thursday ⁹⁄₁₇ was exceptional.
We were headed out of town for the weekend and wanted to get the slow leak in one of the tires checked. They did everything possible and found nothing. So they did a bunch of tightening and this and that. Rotated the tires. Rebalanced them. And assured us, we should be fine. They had the car — the tire — for an hour and a half. I dreaded hearing the bill for finding no damage but completely servicing all the tires. I braced for it…
«How much?» And grimaced. He said there was no charge, for any of it. And added that the tire in question was fine, they suspected it was a loose valve, but no need for a new one because it still had 25k miles left on it based on tread wear. Well, I was in a daze after hearing that news.
He was a tall, youngish black man. Very professional. Very polite. And very thorough and attentive. THIS is why I come here for tire issues! Period.
But it’s also the eternal dichotomy for a consumer. I know this gentleman belongs on an upward career path to management — but I hate the idea of losing him at the tire center. Selfish of me, I know. This gentleman understands quality customer service in an age of no customer service.

Sam’s needs more cashiers. After waiting in line for 30 minutes today (again), I’ve decided not to renew my membership. Plus another fact is that their fruits, veggies and bread products spoil quickly. Anything from the bakery goes moldy within a day! Gross!

I’m a fan of SAMs club. This one has a local competitor, Costco. This one is laid out nice. Great prices of you have the room. I go for the gas (always 5 – 10 cheaper) and now the 5 buck car wash! My SAMs didn’t have this feature.

I’ve been shopping at Sam’s for years. My parents shop here religiously. I really like Sam’s everything comes in bulk and I know its a warehouse. there prices are very reasonable. They also have some products that normal grocery stores don’t. One thing I do have to complain about is they remodeled back in the summer I believe it was and since then there registers are set up a way that there can be an actually cashier or it can be self check out and almost every time I go there might be one or two registers open and the rest are self check outs I have a few issues with this. One what if you need help you have to go track someone down and two their some people with physical limitations and what are they supposed to do and three this takes away customer service almost completely. I think its a bad idea. I love the products and the store just not the customer service anymore. over all great.

I have been to this @SamsClub a couple of times. They have a gas station that is cheaper than most around. Too bad my car does not like their gas. The warehouse is clean, and is the same as all of the other Sam’s. I would run into Sam’s just for lunch at times. Not a bad place to get an All-​Beef hot dog plus drink for less than $ 2, or a nice sized slice of pizza.

Dropping off a college student & decided to add her to our business membership. Cost was $ 45 plus we can add another person for free. Best thing — they gave her a $ 15 gift card for joining!
If I was a college student, I’d come here on Saturdays to graze the samples. Also, gas is 5 – 10 cents cheaper than any place around.
Beautiful fruits and veggies…
Great for college kids and regular people.

Typical warehouse store. Good prices if you have room to load it al in your refrigerator.
