Staples

This Staples looks a lot smaller on the outside but is actually pretty big on the inside. It was a quick in and out ordeal and I picked up my Manila envelopes for 40% off with a coupon.
Plenty of parking and easy to find.

I was in a catastrophic bind – the future of America was at stake. Or maybe it was the youth of America. Well, something important-​sounding. My college students were graduating today, and the gift I’d planned for them needed to be printed at Staples. (Look, it’s the thought that counts.)
I’d sent the job (one copy of a 20-​page color document) to a Staples near my home in Pennsylvania. But 8 hours after I’d sent it, they still hadn’t gotten to it, and I needed to be in Wilmington for graduation. So, with a heavy heart, I canceled the project and drove to Wilmington empty-​handed.
Then I remembered this Staples in a strip mall on 202-​S. I pulled in, dashed to the Copy Center, and asked if it was possible for them to print out my document. Eric Jones, the manager, took my flash drive and immediately printed out the job within 10 minutes of my arrival. He was polite and professional, and did not give me a weird look even though the document was full of photographs of slugs and snails. (If you need an explanation, um, it’s an art school.)
Anyway, I made it to graduation on time, and my students loved the cards I’d made for them. At least, they pretended to. Thanks to Eric and the Copy Center of this l’il Staples.

In a bind, needed to fax something and found this location while on my way to search for another office-​type of store. Associates were helpful and my fax went through which resulted in me getting approval for something that was very important to me!

This Staples is in a strip mall off US-​202 southbound. Unlike most other strip malls, parking here seems a bit limited. I’ve been to this Staples several times and each time, I’ve had to walk across the parking lot. It’s not a consideration for me but some may not like that.
I’m no longer convinced that Staples has the best value in office supplies. Many common stationery items have crept up in price. Their electronics generally cost more than at other stores like CompUSA. If something is on sale, it is often understocked or displayed in an odd location.
On the plus side, I had no problems with service at this particular Staples and they did have sufficient quantity of the sale item I wanted, only in an odd location.
