This store was a nightmare to deal with. We bought over $ 2,000 worth of furniture and accessories from this store which we opted to pick up at the store at a later date. To make a long story short — we drove over a hour to pick up our order and rented a truck to find out our full order never came in(after confirming numerous times with them), we were told we had to wait until 12 p.m. to pull around back to load the furniture since they would have a stock person available — well — we waited over an hour in the store just sitting around and the stock person never showed so an hour later and we had to load everything our selves anyway. The manager never called us back and we finally got her on the phone — she pretended to «get» the manager and came back on the phone after I was on hold for 15 minutes and acting like I just didn’t talk to the same person. This store is a mess and we were so mad at the way we were treated — we swore never to buy anything from Pier 1 again. The only redeeming factor was talking with corporate headquarters, and they personally called us and handled the situation with the store because even THEY could not believe the runaround we were given and how we were mistreated. Even the person from headquarters told us «We are going to be checking into this store» and«something is amiss» and even they were told someone was the manager when they were not. Do yourself a favor and drive up the road a little farther and visit the Pier 1 right over the PA border. You will have to pay tax — but trust me when I say paying tax is so much better than the headache you will get dealing with this store.

I can’t say much about this place. Its a nice place to get different styles of wine glasses and home goods. Each time i go into this place, I want to redecorate my home with all those colorful pillow shams and colored glasses. They can have some good sales on drinking glasses and pitchers.
