This Staples store has gotten worse over time. I made a simple purchase and should have been done within minutes, but it took the cashier three tries and two calls for a supervisor to get it right. Browsing around the store, I noticed that electronics and computer peripherals are way overpriced. Even Staples’ own online store is a lot cheaper on many items. And finally, their demo computers all have some kind of setup error or other on the screen, which is another red flag. If they don’t care enough to get the little details right, to get the training done, and to offer competitive prices, should one really shop here?

My default stop for office needs. These stores are a dying breed so I am happy to still have one around. Staff have been friendly at this location and its next to Brew Ha Ha so I can get a caffeine fix on the way out. I like good pens and they have a good variety to choose from. I need my Dr Grips! ^_^
