Amy and Russell have done great work for me from graphics to printing. Highly recommend their services!

I have used AstudioZ for the simplest copy jobs to the most sophisticated graphic art, publishing, and fine art work imaginable. For a small town they do excellent big-city quality work. No matter what kind of print or graphic work I need I am greeted and consulted by courteous and knowledgeable professionals. They have helped me meet deadlines on more than one occasion. I highly recommend AstudioZ.

I work in the area and use their services pretty frequently. They have done fine at all the purchases I’ve made there(color, b+w, and resume printing as well as a custom stamp) but I do get the feeling that they are more accustomed to printing for large businesses. They have most of the capabilities of a FedEx but it’s better to go to Mail Stop down the road for printing pictures. Never had a problem with the quality of their work.

I love supporting my small local businesses and do so as often as possible, however I go to San Marcos often enough that If I need to, getting my printing done elsewhere is not a big deal. I will never step foot in A Studio Z again. The customer service lady, Erika, is very sweet, and their printing prices are reasonable, but they have so many extra costs they want to talk you into at exorbitant rates. By the end of the discussion my simple 30 pages of printing wasn’t going to be ready for a week and a half and with all they wanted me to pay extra for was upwards of $ 30. I could have dealt with all of that if Russell, the boss(owner?) hadn’t been so incredibly rude to me. I have a masters degree and he treated me like an idiot because I am not an expert in printing details. He went so far as to suggest I make the needed changes myself in order to «get more experience«even though he had already convinced me I needed to pay an extra $ 10 for the art department to make other changes. When I emailed and said I would not be using their services because they could not get my order printed in time for my deadline, I was emailed a bill for $ 5 plus tax for two samples. I was never informed I would be charged for samples, and I sent the files through the website that most definitely did not say I would be charged for samples. On another occasion he was rude to my husband and when my husband said he would go elsewhere, Russell said, «We’ll, what option do you have? Go to San Marcos?» Ummm yes. That is exactly what we will do from now on.
