Nice place — nice and excellent staff person named Noah but the poor guy is here by himself with no help… 2 others had called in sick. The line has been out the door at least a HALFHOUR! It will be 45 minutes to get our sandwiches! People are starting to leave in disgust… So where the heck is the OWNER — get out here and help! Duh!

This is by far the worst Subway I have ever visited! They are always out of pretty much everything and the current manager Brittany is the worst. She is rude and treats both the customers and employees in the most disrespectful way. She shouldn’t be in charge of anything, ever! The employee turnover is ridiculous because they treat them so poorly and expect too much for minimum wage. I live down the street from this business and I drive to the Kyle store. The store is normally dirty and the sode machine looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Eat anywhere else in Wimberley, literally anywhere else!

The service at this location is terrible and extremely slow. The staff is luke warm at best and just plain rude at worst. The owner needs to just board the place up and sell it to someone who cares about community involvement.

0 stars if I could. Hayley was the only person working and she was very slow and unfriendly. I ordered a chicken chipotle melt with guacamole. she put my vegetables on before my guacamole and then refused to spread the guac on my sandwich and put it in a cup instead. not only that but she only gave me half of it. she said she ran out and wouldn’t give me anything to compensate what I paid for. when I asked for a manager she said he wasn’t here. worst subway I’ve ever been to.

This Subway changes managers way too often which leads to inconsistent service among other things like filthy floors, tables and doors. I have seen numerous dead bugs and garbage laying on the floors from the previous day. They also have a constant turnover in employees. They are pretty skimpy on their veggie servings unless prodded to include more. The owners of this Subway should be ashamed of their management skills and hiring ability yet they remain in business regardless of this restaurant’s shortfalls. Too bad they are the only sandwich shop in town because anyplace else that served fast, fresh sandwiches would kick their butts.

Without a doubt the filthiest restaurant in town. Maybe it’s just me but having to eat on residuals of other people’s meals is repulsive. They have enough help, they just choose to not clean tables. Poor management is the problem, always.

2 stars on the service. Heaven forbid you are behind more than 2 people in line, at lunch… I go hear 2 – 3 times a week and takes me at least 20 minutes to get my sandwich. Slowest on the planet. Bar none.
