Very poor customer service. I waited 30 minutes for help only to be told the manager would put my name on a list for when another sales rep was ready. I told him how long I had waited and I just wanted to pickup an online order. A sales person helping someone else made a rude comment to me and they made me wait even longer.

I went in as a Verizon customer ready to switch and looking for a very specific phone. Was greeted right away and no waiting, although the store was busy. The rep was very professional and helpful. They had the very specific phone I wanted AND then I sat back as he did everything! Very pleased from start to finish, all employees were great!

I went in because my phone was having issues receiving texts. I had previously spoken to AT&T on the phone the night before, went in and proceeded to go through the same tests that the phone service offers. My customer service agent was helpful, but might I add I was also there for 3 hours standing while she was trying to figure out the issue. The general manager was also called out to help and he only appeared for about 5 minutes before going back in his office to hide. AT&T never resolved my issue with my phone and constantly added that I could go with an upgrade instead when all I wanted was a replacement for my Samsung Infuse. I’d rate customer service a 0⁄5 if I could for this specific location. Very disappointing to have a carrier for years to find that they can never do anything for you as a customer. Was also told that nothing could be done to fix my phone and that they would find out more information within 2 business days. They failed to realize that its 2012 and no one can initially survive without a phone for that long especially if its used for work.
