Every time we come here, it takes forever to get our food and it’s lukewarm. Every flipping time! I don’t know why I bother. The food TASTES okay, but would be nice to have it hot. Or in a timely manner. Manager just comped us-the cheapest meal on the check.

Our last three visits to this location have been terrible. Tonight we waited close to 40 minutes and still no food. The server never once came over to give any indication of why or to check our drinks. There were perhaps 8 tables and 4 or 5 servers, so being busy couldn’t be an excuse. Three strikes and you’re out. We will never be back amd certainly can’t recommend it. At all.

Went in Saturday night for dinner, we pull into the parking lot, and there s a sign that says kids eat free, every day from 4−9pm. I said to my self, holy smokes, that’s today:) We got seated promptly, and our server, Kayla I believe, was very helpful. She may have been kind of new, but totally took care of us. The food, is normal every day American type foods, that you would expect for ihop. Kids got signature 5 pancakes, wife got an omelet, I got the T-bone special, to my surprise I’d was $ 8.99 special, I did not read that anywhere, but server let us know. Like I said Kayla did a great job for us. There was a little problem with figuring out the check, since there were several discounts and deals involved, but it was squared away. We like the place, it still has the new restaurant feel to it, and staff and manager were very friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Horrible service. Our server finally came to our table about 10 minutes after being seated, apologized and took our drink orders — we never saw her again. ½ hour later we got up and left. Management was nowhere to be seen. Never Ever again do I have any desire to ever stop at this place. I wrote a letter to the franchise, it was forwarded to the owner of that particular franchise. The owner wrote an apology and sent a $ 10 gift certificate along with it. We threw the gift certificate away.
