Perfect Nails

‘Perfect Butcher’ would be my suggestion for their new, more appropriate, name here. Oh how I wish I’d had a cell signal to read the previous review and seen their single star rating!
I actually let out a painful cry when this tech finally dug into my cuticle of my big toe. She clearly was taking out some frustration on my feet with those cuticle clippers. Then, when she hit my toe with polish remover… OMG!
This, for me, was a first and LAST visit here.
OH, and to the owner, who must have been the nicely dressed lady that walked in towards closing time… the staff behavior is out of control when you aren’t in there. They have the cell phone conversation on «speaker» (until you walked in) and they literally cuss at each other. WOW!

This nail salon did a terrible job on a simple french tip manicure! My wife came in for a full set pedicure and nails. During the pedicure the young lady was on her cell phone the entire time. The manicure french tips were crooked and poorly filed. When we returned to complain the employees were rude and one of the employees claimed he was the manager then claimed there was no manager on duty. Only after demanding the store owner’s phone number and name did they offer to help out my wife! This is the worst nail salon in Winchester va
