My husband and I came here on a Sunday afternoon so he could catch a game. The beer was ok, the waitress was nice, but I won’t be back. We started with chicken nachos which was awuful. I found trace amounts of shredded chicken, the queso was made out of some kind of smoked cheese and it was light brown, and the overall dish was cold. One chip at the bottom of the pile was slightly warm. Jim had the wings which(with the heavy breading) looked like large brown crusty hush puppies. He looked like he was having a hard time chewing most of it. And the blue cheese dressing was anything but dressing. It was a small bowl of milk with a chunk of blue cheese in it. Yuk! The celery was good. I had the bacon wrapped pork loin. It was ok. I did not care for the squash(overcooked because the slices are so thin) and the buttered corn was good. I would not be surprised to learn they did not have a kitchen, just a bunch of microwaves. My suggestion: Come for the game, the bar, and fries and go eat dinner someplace else!

Great selection of liquor, wine and beer. Decent food, clean(shockingly clean) and very friendly staff. Highly recommend this place.

I had my wedding reception here, and it was awesome! The only regret I have is not being more conscious of the beautiful natural ambiance of the space. It really didn’t need a bunch of extra décor, something simple would have been better, but it still turned out great. The food was excellent and warm, all of my family and friends loved it! The service was great too! Marshal was very responsive and helpful in planning the layout of everything and getting things set up before hand. Afterwards, I reserved a space outside so everyone could mingle and have fun. Our space was in the back, outside which was awesome because we could hear the band and also hear ourselves talk. I had a great time with my family and friends and husband that night!(: Everything went smoothly, thank you Picadilly’s!

Pretty good beer selection and the food isn’t bad. The patio is pretty awesome. Just stay away from the potato salad – it looks more like potato soup.

We went here on a late Friday night. We almost left until the security told us that there was a dining area in the back. The back area was quiet compared to the outside(a band was playing) or at the bar. The service was quick and friendly. We got the fried pickles which my husband said was the best that he had ever had. We both got wings and salad. I had the Spinach Salad and House Sauce wings. The wings were mild, big in size, and very moist. The salad was amazing. I really like the candied walnuts. My husband got the George Washington Salad and the Sweet Chili wings. The wings were spicy and delicious. The salad was once again amazing. Both salads were huge. I would definitely recommend this place for dinner.

Great atmosphere on the weekends but the beer selection is abysmal. BMC on tap and no local craft options. Very cookie cutter place that could have potential

So bad. Ordered the soft pretzels and they were the kind you buy in the frozen section at the grocery store. My lemon drop martini tasted like lemonade and the crab cake sandwich was fishy and gross. My son ordered a burger and they didn’t ask how he wanted it cooked which is a bad sign. The atmosphere was nothing special and consisted of several meat heads checking out their own muscles. Hey, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The joint 2 doors down is supposed to be fab. Lesson learned. Update: My husband has been sick for the last hour after eating there tonight.

We went to the pub because we thought it would be a great place to chill to end our evening. The bouncer let our friend in with a designer tank top but proceeded to tell him that he had to wear a shirt with sleeves. Our table of at least 12 people waited for a server to come to our table. In the meantime, the bouncer brought our friend a t-shirt to wear because they didn’t approve of his tank top(with stars on it). We didn’t allow him to put on the shirt they brought him because he’s a veteran and didn’t feel that he should have to wear a shirt that read«staff» on the back because he came in a sleeveless shirt. I went to the staff and told them that we had been waiting on staff to serve our table. There was a discussion between the staff and the bouncer and two bouncers came over and told our friend to leave. I said, «he’s a veteran!» Anyway, we left. I can’t believe it. I felt so embarrassed that a hometown pub kicked him out. I get the whole sleeves thing for men to an extent but the pub will allow women to wear scandalous outfits there and it’s no problem but if a veteran wears a sleeveless tank top, it’s not ok. I am so disappointed in this establishment. I’m really not sure if it was because my friend was gay. Other than the way they acted this particular evening, I’ve never liked their food… ever, so I’m giving them a one star for customer service and if I could, even less for food.

The beef bites are to die for!!! They also have amazing burgers and fries! And they know how to cook their steaks and worth it for a dinner every once in a while, it’s on the pricier side but definitely worth it!

Have been to this restaurant/pub a half dozen times since it opened. Each visit has been a little more disappointing than the last… service is ALWAYS slow and the quality of food is not even mediocre! Hoping things had improved, I took an out of town Apple Blossom guest there last night and was embarrassed by the whole experience! The bar crowd and those who go for the live music have it figured out. If you want a nice dinner — go someplace else!

Meh. While the waitress was nice the water tastes like some awful fluid that comes out of a person. The salad greens were wilted. But the blackened salmon was good. Nothing more to say.

Extremely RUDE bartender on Thursday night(March 26th) …she said she was in charge? .Just a note to her: If you don’t like your job perhaps you should find another one or at the very least try putting on a smile and pretending you like it if you want to keep business. I’m positive if I were the owners I would not want someone representing my place of business like that. I ended up at Brewbakers and the service was excellent and the food was great!

This is a popular bar and restaurant in downtown Winchester. The restaurant food is good and fairly priced. The pub offers apps and food. The apps are average and overpriced. The bar food is ok at best. For a Brew pub they really don’t have a great selection. But the beers are cold and they often have bucket specials. Lots of fun when they have music. The outside bar is fun. Service here is hit or miss, sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s not. They could do better to be more consistent. The main interest of the establishment as of late is to focus on money and not quality or service. But like I said, depends on the day.

I’ve eaten here 4 times now; and I’ll say that each time its average. There’s nothing«wow» but the food, but its a great atmosphere but sometimes gets very crowded as well, because of its 2nd floor, outdoor seating, and the TVs that they have outside when the weather is warm and its a Saturday(or Friday). The live entertainment they have also is pretty good. The acts are not overpowering, and the music is lively. Definitely a plus to making it much more enjoyable. The food I have had though has just been average. I’ve had their pretzels and nachos from their«Pub Fare»(both of which are actually very good), their Philly Cheese Steak(pretty good as well), and their crab cake sandwich(average). They all come with sides; french fries(not terrific), cole slaw(a bit runny, but does the job), and onion scoops(check please!) Sometimes you’ll run into some unfriendly staff. The last time I was there they had my order about 85% wrong(the only thing right was what I had asked for in the meal, but other than that it was inaccurate). When I told them they had made a mistake, the waitress said, «That’s what I wrote down.»(I asked for cole slaw and they gave me onion scoops instead), and then when they also gave me french fries, the same waitress came back and snidely said, «You didn’t eat your fries?» to which I responded, «I had a couple.» What, she thought I’d eat the entire plate? Me thinks not. The cost can add up depending on what you get, especially if you start adding drinks to the tab(some nights can be real cheap; others can burn through your wallet), but they have a vast selection and for the most part if you go at the right time you’ll definitely get good deals. However, that starts early, and ends early sometimes as early as 7 or 8 pm, so you don’t want to miss them. Parking can also not be the easiest. I live walking distance from the restaurant so for me I’ll walk the 3 blocks; for others not as fortunate, there’s a few parking garages nearby that charge .50 cents per hour to leave your car there, and then there’s the meters or off-street parking, so park there at your own risk. It’s a fun cute little place, nothing wow about it(but be warned its right there the CSX tracks so you’re bound to have some railroad traffic passing behind you while you’re eating), but I’d go here again, but stick with the pub fare and hope to find a better wait staff.

I’ve written nearly 100 reviews and given exactly ONE1 star review. Here’s another. I have been to the brew pub twice in the last few months. First time: Apple Blossom = packed. Understood and willing to wait! But the bouncers were REALLY rude to me and to pretty much everyone. Which was interesting because it kinda sucked, actually. So we left, and people everywhere downtown were talking about how mean they were while waiting in a much longer line at Brewbakers. Second time: Dinner tonight. After we ordered, we waited about an hour and 20 minutes for our food. EIGHTYMINUTES with NO apology or comment from the servers or a manager! When a table next to us(that sat down after us) got their food, we finally asked about it, and the server told us «it will come» with no apology. She did offer to bring bread and butter, but it never came. Our glasses pretty much stayed empty and twice they brought us the wrong things. I thought the whole thing was really unprofessional! Things happen and maybe they were short-staffed, I really wouldn’t know. But an apology, an explanation, and/or a remedy would have been appropriate.(Also, side note: my food was preeeetty bad.) This on top of the rumors of racism at the doors(which in fairness I haven’t experienced). I REALLY don’t like this place and I hate that people come here. I won’t be back.

Walked into Piccadilly on Sunday at 2pm to get a gift certificate for my dad for Father’s Day. It wasn’t busy. There were maybe 6 tables full in the whole restaurant. Took me 30 minutes to get a gift card and the bartender(old women with bangs and pony tail) was super rude. He told me they were too busy to help me and said she couldn’t print me a receipt for the gift card I just purchased. Terrible example of customer service at it’s finest. She shouldn’t be behind a bar serving drinks if she is cranky and incapable of doing her job. The only saving grace was a server who chased me out of the restaurant to give me the receipt I asked the bartender for. Thanks god there is one person there who knows how to provide good service.

Worst bar I’ve ever been to in the nation. Staff are extremely rude. At 1:20 am on a Saturday night, the bouncers started screaming at the patrons, get the f*** out. Go there if you want bad service and to be treated like a herd of cattle.

The service here is great. The owner even stopped by our table to see how everything was. There are bands that play outside so it gets really crowded. So, we opted for inside due to it is first come first serve/seat yourself outside. It is really loud when it’s crowded. The beer selection is limited but, the menu has lots of choices. Everyone was happy with their meals. However, I felt like the fruit relish on top of the fish was a bit overpowering for the dish. Besides that everything else was seasoned and cooked perfectly.

First time at this unique restaurant/brewery to stop in on a Sunday afternoon for a quick bite my wife had the meatloaf what she loved and I had to steak and cheese I was say the food was very good the steak and cheese a little dry but tasty but my wife did like the meatloaf we did have good service at the bar inside and were excited about possibly coming again when the weather is warmer. Store the food was good not my favorite like the local tavern down the street cork Street but still service and a smile and trying different places made up for it. They do have an incredible selection of beer which I’m not a big beer drinker so if you enjoy beer every beer to expect nice open spaces nice heated outdoor patio not a bad experience I would say beautiful days are made for walking around Winchester so much to explore stop and have a drink some wings

This place is great for any summer time weekend. They have an excellent outdoor patio and stage. There is entertainment most every weekend on Fri, Sat & Sun. The food is great, the service is good except when it gets really crowded on days like Apple Blossom Festival. They have some great beach bands througout the summer like the Tams, the Catalina’s & The Drifters.
