This is by far THEEESLOWEST drive through Starbucks I’ve ever been to. There was literally only 3 cars in front of me and I was sitting there for more than 15 minutes. It was RIDICULOUS. Worst Starbucks ever. Y’all need to change how your store runs… PRONTO.

I have been to nearly all the Starbucks in my area and this one is the BEST in town. The employees are always smiling and happy. If you are looking to get your drink fast and with a smile go here I’m serious. AMAZING!

This is my home Starbucks. I love the staff so much! I havebeen coming to this location for about 4 years now and my only complaint is that its super crowded which is not Sbux fault at all. I usually order via the Sbux app in the morning and just walk in amd pick up my drink. They always remember my name and drink!!!

Talk about rude and disrespectful staff members. I have never been so disrespected in my entire life this organization ran at this location has got to be the most disrespectful crew anybody could ever have not only did they make my drink wrong but then the guy looked at me with the most disgusting look on his face like it was my fault. I’m not going to pay over five dollars for a cup of coffee if it taste like crap!! do not look at me with disgust because you have to remake something that you obviously weren’t trained good enough to make! Horrible customer service rude employees I will never ever return here again!!! The only reason why I put one star is cause it makes me in my book no stars. !!

Went to the drive thru and ordered my drink. She didn’t ask me what size I wanted, she just put Venti on the screen. Whatever, brushed that off. Came to the window and she hands me a hot drink. I didn’t order that, so they remade it. The girl hands me my drink and closes the window really quick. I didn’t want to bother her again so I took the coffee that she handed me. The thing is… a green tea latte is NOT brown, but I decided to take it anyway! But she didn’t even give me a straw or anything, so I walked in and returned that random drink and got my money back. They didn’t even offer to make me the CORRECT drink, nothing! My first and last time at this Starbucks! PS the employees really do look at you like you’re in the wrong.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They messed up my order 5 Times in a row. Seriously, how hard is it to make a simple ice coffee, no sugar, with heavy cream ?! They don’t apologize either. They just give you this dumbfounded look.

I went through drive thru twice this week and had problems. The first trip I received the wrong food item, the second trip I asked for room in my drip black coffee so it won’t spill. The associated handed the drink to me and it spilled since it was over filled. Shame on me for thinking it would get better :(

Not sure what changed so drastically here but it seems like they started reading all their recent reviews? Walked in today and she knew my name, well that maybe linked me to this Unilocal review? Anyways she came up and apologized for the past experiences I had here and gave me a drink on the house. Or any Starbucks for that matter. Although I started coming here regardless to study due to living nearby, I’m really starting to like this Starbucks. A for customer service.

This particular location is very difficult to get to. You can only get to it off of Benton Rd and you have to drive way into the shopping center to get there which is kind of a drag and only come here when I’m not in a hurry to get somewhere. Drive thru line is usually pretty long and staff is just okay. I’ve had bitter coffee drinks here a few times so unfortunately I only come here if I’m in the shopping center. They need a way to get here off of Winchester Rd!

I bought a nice ceramic insulated mug for a Christmas present. Unfortunately, when my wife first used it, it turned out to have an internal fracture which allowed the coffee to leak all over while she was driving. I had the receipt, so naturally I went back to the store on Benton rd where I’d bought it. The clerk was unable to scan the mug into the computer, so even with the receipt, they would not honor their product, even for an exchange. The only thing the store manager would offer is free cups of coffee. This person didn’t even have the customer service sense to come out and deal with me directly. I left, and it will be a very long time before I enter this, my neighborhood Starbucks store again.

This would be the lowest score that I give to a Starbucks. Drive thru person was not courteous at all… Did not say Hi or Thank you. Just shoveled the drinks out to me and closed the window.
