It’s been a while since I had been to Fridays, this visit was very pleasant. Their menu is greatly improved. We had the Jack Daniels Ribeye, JD Mahi-Mahi and vanilla bean cheese cake. The food was outstanding. It was cooked perfect, some of the best fish I have had in a while. The steak was cooked perfect to med rare and was tender and delicious. The sides very tasty. though I did not care for the coleslaw. The manager was friendly and helpful. The service was excellent like usual. All the food I saw go by look marvelous. I definately will be back and recommend you try them. They have really good specials too!

Ordered lunch here on Friday. Figured that since this was a restaurant, it would not have the same level of incompetence like fast food, so I did not check the bag before i headed back to work. I ordered the burger sliders. The menu and website advertises that it comes with fries. I opened up the box at work, I had two burger sliders, no fries, and one of the burgers was missing a top bun. That’s right, it had one piece of a bun, the patty, and that’s it. I did call this place back, and the person on the phone told me «We are sorry this happens here sometimes». The manager was not available to talk to, but I doubt very much that him /her would give a shit.

We arrived at opening and the restaurant seemed like it wasn’t cleaned from the night before. Our table and seats had food stuck to them. The free Nachos had French fries and bacon in them. Chicken was so tuff I couldn’t cut it. Sesame jack strips had a funny taste. The manager took the chicken sizzle off the bill and the waitress was excellent. This is the only reason I am giving two stars. I’ve been to this restaurant more times than I can remember. Worst experience.

I am only giving 4 stars just because our waiter Justin is awesome. The food was mediocre. We ordered wings, Tuscan spinach dip, Cajun chicken & shrimp pasta and Jack Daniel burger. They all came out semi warm. Not a very good experience at all!

Just, dont. Their portions are large, and their food looks good, but thats about where anything good about this place ends. The food is terrible, lacking any real flavor, service is pretty spotty.

Pretty average experience. All of the staff was pleasant and quick. I’m not normally a fan of Fridays food but I got the Hibachi Chicken Kabobs and really enjoyed them. We also got a free salsa and chips with our email membership. Don’t forget to print out your online coupons!

Came here last Friday with a friend and had the California Sandwich with fries, which was decent. The unsweet tea I got was okay but for some reason our server never seemed to want to give me refills while my friend got several for his sweet tea without asking. We got seated immediately which was cool since the place was pretty busy, would’ve been nice to know of any specials going on. since it was Friday, heh.

Sucked tonight. Service slow food got cold while eating. Not good will not be back for dinner anytime soon. Guess because they are a national chain they don’t have to give good service.

I have to give this a 3-star for overall value. Don’t get me wrong, the food was very good. The Green Bean Fries are a good starter(probably the cheapest app), and wife had the triple stack Reuben with side salad(very small). I had the Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad. That was nicely drizzled with a slightly sweet balsamic or BBQ dressing. The Reuben is very substantial… the triple is for three slices of bread. Wife thought it was a bit light on sauerkraut. Her side salad was VERY small. I had this on a previous visit with the seasoned fries and it was a 4.5* meal in my view. I can do without the extra slice of bread… just bring on the generous ingredients. Where I come out on this is for these three items plus one iced tea the tab with tax was $ 29.55 – not including tip. That’s a bit steep for lunch at a «casual» chain. So figure $ 50 – 60 for lunch if you add two drinks and a dessert to share. I am one that thinks most of the chains are hiking prices much faster than the cost of living, and I can’t keep up at their pace. So while the food is overall 4, service average(3) and value 2, the net score is 3.
