Walters Bistro

My daughter was taking gymnastics classes at Shenandoah Tumblers and my son was «starving» (the troubles of a growing boy), so we walked down to the new bistro to try it out.
The staff was super friendly and professional.
The gentleman made my son, Alex a small cheese pizza from scratch right in front of us. He worked fast! I was impressed. In no time at all, Alex was filling his belly. The pizza was impressive. I certainly didn’t expect quality food from a sports bar but these guys are all about high end and top quality.
He was telling me he makes his cheese steaks from shaving ribeye steaks. I will definitely be back to try that. I will let everyone know how it was. Im a sucker for a good steak & cheese.
I recommend this new little bistro. It was impressive. My little boy ate ¾ of the 8″ pizza himself. His sister finished the rest.
My kids are very picky eaters because I cook and bake at home. I make homemade breads, cakes, pizza, etc. So when we go out to eat, they are usually disappointed. This was one of the few occasions, he was impressed. I was even impressed. Good job!
