These guys are great and wish other businesses could follow their example of courteous, professional service. Everyone there are highly knowledgable on their business and Tom has got to be one of the best businessmen I have ever met.
I had a remote start installed in my 2014 VW Jetta TDi by them. I will admit there were some early issues, but it seemed to be with the start system and not their workmanship. But they went over and above to make sure the inconvenience to us was at a minimum. The installation was clean and there was absolutely no trace anyone worked on the car which is more than can be said about some dealerships today. They stand by their work 100% and take the time to explain the system with you after installation.
I would not hesitate to recommend them and have every interest in using them from here on for any services they provide.

Very knowledgable people that are great at what they do. I had them put rims on my car several years ago, then later they installed a new 6-​disc CD changer, and more recently they hooked me up with a remote start. All were done quickly and professionally. I love my car and don’t trust it with many people, but Winchester Discount Audio will always have my business

Truly great experience at Winchester Discount Audio. A 4 hour commute is a great time for learning, listening, singing to accompaniment tracks and whatever else you like to do without the whole world listening. So in my quest to make this easier and stop pressing buttons on my iPhone and/​or iPad, I inquired about what it would take to add Bluetooth to my older car. Tom, the owner was very helpful, knowledgable and accommodating to my requests. And the overall cost was not much different than the various internet sites I had checked. So if you’re struggling through a long commute, falling asleep from lack of mental stimuli, go talk to Tom! Learn what your options are and know that you’ll be treated fairly and guided to the right solution for your situation.
