Woof It Down

This place is wonderful. We brought our two dogs with us to let them pick out a couple of new toys and a new collar. Our puppy rescue, who is normally very intimidated by new environments (we are trying to get her used to as much things as possible), was very comfortable here. She was greeted with a treat (with our permission) and then highly enjoyed her experience. The owner was so helpful and kind to our pups. Best of all she is involved with the community and retrieving lost animals. She is a good person! This is where we will do all our business for our pups from now on!

I love this store. I get my dog food for my English bulldog here. It’s wysong and it is the best. The owner is very nice and you can bring your pet inside the store. They have a nice selection of toys and treats. Check them out next time you’re in town.

I’m a big fan. Susan, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. She even special orders our dog food for us!

Went here just on all the positive review as well as referred by our dog, Jack’s vet.
We wanted a better food for him, and this place specializes in high end, healthy foods that have no by products. I was surprised that the cost was not as high as I anticipated.
The owner took the time, educated me and we found the proper diet for him and his breed, age, etc.
The owner really goes the extra mile, makes a fuss over my dog (dogs are allowed in the store) and even took a photo and put it on the Woof It Down Facebook page. So Cool!
From now on, this will be our store to get Jack’s kibble, cuz he is worth it.

Best place around for all your pooch’s needs as far as I’m concerned!
I had driven by many times, however finally made it in one sunday when I noticed the door was open. Turns out they aren’t open on sundays at all, but were only there for cleaning. Patty was so sweet she let Bam Bam (one of my french bulldogs) and I in anyways.
Bam Bam had a ball playing, getting free sample treats, and showing off his begging skills (it is an art to which he practices daily).
What I was most happy about was Patty’s knowledge on healthy dog foods. Although they didn’t carry the brand I feed my 4 legged children (Orijen), she was able to order it and have it in store the same week.
They are a little bit higher in price than the nearby pet store in Londonderry that does carry the same food in stock, but the price difference is well worth it to give the business to someone who clearly cares about your pet and takes the time and patience to help you with anything you need.
