Great place for pure espresso lovers especially if you’re picky. You won’t be disappointed.

I love this place, it is relaxing and the coffee is delicious and never bitter. I wish that they got your drink out a bit faster, but that would be my only complaint. Once you get the drink it’s great.

Ordered a white mocha and was not even sweet. Not sure how it was made, but won’t be ordering that again.

Coffee here is alright. Nothing to write home about but certainly not bad. Atmosphere is pretty good, not bad for getting some work done but perhaps too open if your really trying to cram. Staff was kind of off-putting. Perhaps they simply have to warm up to you, but they didn’t seem particularly friendly, not rude either so I can’t really complain all that much.

A note to the owner. I am a big fan of the coffee here but the last two visits there has been one person keeping shop and a long line. This time I left and so that was four drinks that went elsewhere. Sorry, but you need more than one person.

Great location on the square. I come here often to get some work done. Plenty of natural light. They serve my favorite coffee in the area, Taylor Maid(organic). I don’t usually order food here as the menu is limited, but the bagel and cream cheese is good, and the pastries look pretty good. Careful in the bathroom — the sink is missing a washer and if you turn it on full blast it will get you right in the wrong place! Still, I love this local business.

Love this place. It’s my go to for amazing Taylor maid espresso. The workers are super sweet and great. My favorite barista is Dallas! He always makes the drinks to perfection. 10⁄10 recommend.

I have to give only 3 stars, I think they could try a little harder with Starbucks right down the street. I prefer to shop locally. Prices were good, the iced coffee I ordered was tasty but on the weaker side and only 1 person preparing drinks on a Saturday morning, I went back to Café Noto over the weekend and the service was quicker. Enjoyed the sunshine out on the patio, I enjoy the mellow feel of this place.

I’ve live down the street from Noto for the last 5 years. There has never been an unpleasant experience. There are just as many varieties of coffee as any other place, with the addition of food varieties such as bagels, donuts, yogurt, breakfast burritos, juices. They offer you newspapers and local tabloids and plenty of room to sit and stretch. Constantly«chill» and friendly, this café is one of the gems of Windsor.

Tried this place back when I first moved to Windsor, late 2011/early 2012. At that time I was totally unimpressed with the staff, and so gave up after a couple of visits. Over the past year I’ve been in quite a few times and am always served by the same woman on weekday afternoons. She has been friendly and my order has been served quickly, a real plus when I’m usually out with my two toddlers. I much prefer to support a local business than the chain coffee shops. My main suggestion would be to add more organic or «clean ingredient» pastries and sandwiches. Since organic coffee is advertised, it seems like it would be an additional draw. I know I’d love to pick up something for my little guys to snack on that I was totally pleased with the ingredients!

Great coffee and pastries. Friendly staff, locally owned, what more could you be looking for in a great local coffee shop? Café Noto is our favorite coffee shop in Windsor, California. We don’t live close, but it’s a perfect place to use as a coffee stop on a bike ride. Highly recommended!

Cute, local café with good coffee. I always pass on the food as it doesn’t look appealing to me. A nice place to go study or catch up with friends. Sometimes it’s nice to get away from Starbucks for awhile. The service is alright. I would prefer if they were a little more friendly. Otherwise, I would definitely make a stop before the Sunday Farmers Market or on a rainy day. Such a cute place!

I don’t frequent cafes very often, but I love this local place. I bring friends from out of town here who want to avoid the Super Chains. It’s great to stop in and get a hot chocolate for the kiddos, a sweet treat, hot tea, etc. Friendly people behind the counter and spacious, clean and comfortable environment. Glad they’re still around!

I’m a local and I walk and often stop in this store. I love supporting our local Windsor stores! I have had 0 bad Experiences and I love this store a lot it’s small family owned and not a «BIGBOXSTARBUCKS» it’s a little bit pricy but overall I really like this store a lot!

Best coffee in Windsor if you ask me! Way better than Starbucks down the road and nice to know it’s locally owned. I’ve been coming here for years and have experienced the ups and downs from when it first opened under a different owner who made the best espresso’s ever! When it switched hands it went downhill but since then it has really gotten the art of making coffee down much better. Not as consistent as Acre in Montgomery Village or Flying Goat in Healdsburg, but pretty darn good. Plus, the atmosphere is really homey and inviting and there’s a bathroom on premises. Also a cute little outdoor seating area. I like this place. The owner is very kind too.

It’s uncommon to find a place rated so low that was actually so good! The café was clean, fast, and really lovely. Big open space with plenty of seating, great air flow, and a lot of light. The staff was super and the coffee was good! This place deserves more than its current rating. Thanks!

Great lattes, love the organic coffee. Tasty pastry’s. Staff is super friendly. Great location on the Town Green, very relaxing to go in the afternoon and sit outside. I only give it 4 stars because I would like to see them add more organic and low fat foods. I would love to see some type of egg white breakfast burrito or sandwich.

Here’s my latest update: I met a few weeks ago with Margaret, the owner of the café. She reached out to me, wanting more feedback about my customer experience. I didn’t expect that — that was very pro-active and gracious of her. She listened to my concerns, which I truly appreciated. Since then, I have visited Café Noto several times, and I have seen a lot of positive change. For one, the quality of the drinks are made with consistently high quality. The staff seem more friendly and professional. There’s always a fresh, varied selection of bagels and other breakfast/lunch items. Also, Café Noto is trying to do hold more music events to draw in folks. It’s also a bit quieter at the café, so you can better hold a conversation or do work on your computer. These are all very welcome changes! This coffeehouse is a fixture in the Windsor community, one that is independent and eschews that slick, corporate veneer(I’m looking at you, Starbucks). So next time you want a cup of coffee or wondering where you should meet a friend for tea, breakfast or lunch, wander in here. You’ll be glad you did. New tip: Bring in your own mug and get 25 cents off your drink!
