Starbucks

This is the most friendly Starbucks. Most of the employees really make a point of getting to know regulars. They seem happy to be there and are always so pleasant to me. It’s organized and well-​run, too. In comparison, the Hopper Ave location always seems scattered and dirty.

My go to Starbucks in Windsor, are there better Starbucks, of course, but this one seems to do the job. They have never gotten my order wrong, even though I order the simplest drinks, but anyone can mess up an order nowadays at most starbucks. They are fairly quick, but if it’s busy I will usually pass it up because the baristas can sometimes get flustered if a TON of orders are being tossed at them.

This Starbucks is closest to me and I come here often, every other day or so. Service is always friendly and the team seems to work well together. Not as much turnover here as in other Starbucks and I really think that helps with the service.
Great location, plenty of outside seating and the Town Green is only a few steps away for those nice warm days.
BTW, got a laugh when I read Natalie F’s complaint about her drive through order being screwed up. This Starbucks doesn’t have a drive through :).

Not a well run Starbucks. Not very clean. Very disorganized inside. Today I went in to explain that my drive through order was wrong the day before. I got coconut milk rather than non fat even though he repeated it correctly. So I couldn’t drink it. His response was, «Oh, you didn’t like it? It’s delicious.»
So I repeated that I didn’t drink it because it was NOT what I ordered. No response and full charge for my drink for today. Maybe it is time to switch to Peet’s. Unfortunate because it is right down the street from my work and I like Starbucks drinks. When they make what I order. Horrible customer service!
Money talks.

The drinks are good, however the prices are crazy (i guess as it is at every Starbucks). The wait isn’t too bad, but it depends on the day/​time.

Always come here I’m always on the green this location is a bit pricey I have had one creepy in counter with a lady who was obsessed with my red hair. She didn’t work there she came out if the blue while I was on a phone call right out of Starbucks and talk a million miles a minute and wanted to take me home. But overall I have had good experiences at this Starbucks I know I other reviews people said there. Staff was rude but most of the staff has left that was «rude».

Following my experience at the Lakewood Starbuck’s…I had called an hour in advance to get a travel tote filled for an executive meeting (the girl on the phone did not ask for my phone# or name… my bad as I should have given it to her anyway). When I arrived, I was told their coffee machine wasn’t working and they had it ready at the Starbuck’s on the Town Green. I was UNHAPPY, and when I arrived, there was an older lady there (one of the staff), backed up against the coffee cup display, legs semi-​spread, scratching her back on the shelf. Yew. I told the girl at the counter what I was there for, told her I was livid, and the older lady did the «Oh, I don’t want you unhappy» line. Offered to get me coffee, but I was running late and needed to get to the office (not to mention, the few times I have been in there have taken FOREVER). Her response to me was ‘well, I tried’. In my opinion, her comment was rude and I told her so. They didn’t offer ANY sort of discount nor coffee for the future, etc. I am normally very patient, and very seldom do I express my displeasure, but this was ridiculous. I will NOT be going to either Lakewood or Town Green Starbuck’s again and will be supporting our little town shop, Café Noto.

Came in here late one night with my sister. She is very indecisive and asked an employee about the chestnut praline latte. The female employee was very honest and made us both laugh, and that was very appreciated compared to many cranky Starbucks employees. Like this location!

This is the absolute worst coffee shop I have ever been unfortunate enough to visit. I have given this particular location so many chances… starting off with «Oh, it may just be this particular barista» to «They may just be having an off day». I have used every pathetic excuse in the book to no avail. I have tried every single barista, every drink from drip coffee to Frappuccinos to iced teas. The baristas are rude, untrained, and unprofessional. I am appalled I was stupid enough to keep giving them my money. All the drinks I’ve received have been inconsistent– I would rather drive all the way to Santa Rosa to get properly made drinks. Save your money folks… the other locations are worth the drive.

If your sign says you open at 5AM then that’s when you should open. It’s such a disappointment to have to settle for Chevron coffee cause someone was late getting to work. One other comment… the younger girls working in the mornings need to teach the older women a thing or two about customer service…

Just came in for my iced vanilla Oprah chai with 2 shots of espresso with my bf. It was… THE BOMB​.COM other Starbucks I’ve been to seem to fudge it a bit but today, pure perfection. Thank you to the on point barista!

I live just down the street, which is nice because I love my weekday Starbucks in the morning! Of course I occasionally go to other locations, but this one is definitely my favorite. The baristas are great, always super friendly no matter what time it is. And I love that they’re right on the Town Green!

I just love the staff here, beware of Wednesday mornings, Windsor High school down the street has a late start, they are packed with a line that goes out the door, you have to time it just right, before the rush. My fav barrista there is Sarah and Zak
