Came in wanting to ask a question as I was out on a walk — The receptionist was on the phone, taking an appointment I presume — No problem, was walking to get coffee. On the way back I stopped back in, the receptionist was now setting someone in a chair and maybe about to cut her hair also? Either way the original gal was busy. Another hair stylist looked directly at us then took out her cell phone and started texting! RUDE. We turned on our heels and left and they yelled DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT? If I did have an appointment, I tell you what, I still would have left! I cant comment on how their hair dressing skills are but in a small town like Windsor it pays to be nice first and skilled second.

Love this salon. Trista is great and has been doing my hair for 2 years :). They are all really great.

I love Kari at Diva Salon. She totally knows how to cut curly hair. Trust me, stylists that can are few and far between. Most say they can, and I end up with a butchered head of hair for a few weeks. I just give her a general idea of what I want… I’m not very good at expressing that… and she works her magic. Seriously! Kari is professional, fun, and just simply does a great job. After finding her, I know I don’t ever need to go any place else.

I love this place and Esther! She is an excellent Hair Stylist. She does great Color and is just all around wonderful. I highly refer this company and Esther.

Angela is amazing! She does what you want and also gives you advices on what works the best for your hair. Great and highly recommend her.

Love love love! The vibe there is very upbeat and friendly! Bren did an amazing job on my hair! New look I haven’t ever tried, long hair to shorter Aline. Ladies you know it’s hard to find someone to trust to cut off alot of hair and make it look good… Bren got it right! She took her time and she is a perfectionist! I’m so happy with my new cut! Bren rocks!

I came in here about 5 years ago around when they first opened. Awful experience here. I came in for a haircut & highlights. Told the guy I had thick hair & it was just straightened. He ended up disregarding what I said & using volumizing hair products. Needless to say I was in the chair twice as long & he refused to finish my coloring because it was «taking too long». Idk if they’ve dismissed this worker since then or if they’ve hired all new workers so I’m not sure how this business is now. But it took me months to recover my hair from what he did to it since the coloring wasn’t done right.

After having my hair destroyed from a lady who said she new what she was doing but didn’t I went to Hayley M at Diva and she is amazing! Finally got my hair fixed and its back to being healthy! We decided to do extensions and they looked perfect! No one knew they were extensions because the color was matched perfect! Also doesn’t charge outrageous prices for extensions like most places. All the girls are very nice and the location is very convenient!

I was relatively happy with my hair after having color done by Angela, but overall the salon is not run very professionally and I was disappointed with the overall service and experience. To be fair, I went three times and the service didn’t improve. The stylists were carrying on extensive personal conversations while doing my hair, and eating in front of clients in the salon. While that might not be that big of a deal, I had a huge color mistake made on my hair on my last visit which I feel was because the stylist just wasn’t paying attention because she was too busy chatting. I didn’t notice the mistake until I got home and immediately called back. While she did offer to fix it, I had to wait until the following week when she was next available. To schedule an appointment I have to call, leave a message and then wait for a call back. Overall, quality was fair enough for the price but they just don’t seem too interested in customer service or providing a professional environment.

I love Diva Salon! I’ve been well taken care of since they opened. Actually, since before they opened. Angela Gobbi (co-​owner) has been cutting and coloring my hair forever. She is an expert on color, and believe me, I need it! The environment is awesome… very beautiful and relaxing. The shampoo scalp massage is divine! Makes me feel like I’m treating myself as I should be. And the prices are very good for a quality high end salon.

I’ve been going to Diva Salon since the day it opened and Angela has been my hair dresser for over 10 years. I now live in San Diego and I still will only go to Diva Salon during my vacations home. Angela is the ONLY person I trust with my hair! The girls who work there are all extremely talented, and all of the friends that I have sent there have only had great things to say about the salon. My mom and my sister also get their hair done at Diva and refuse to go anywhere else. The salon is so cute and clean inside and in an awesome location on the Windsor Town Green. Even in San Diego people ask where I get my hair done!

I love Diva Salon. I’ve been going to Diva since it opened and have been getting my hair styled by Angela, one of the owners, since long before then. The salon is always very clean, the stylists are friendly and, most importantly, my hair always looks fabulous! Angela is an expert stylist and I am never disappointed! I highly recommend Diva Salon.

Love Diva!!! Been going to them since they opened. Of course Sheri one of the owners started doing my hair long before that. As a matter of fact she has been doing my hair for 12 years and no matter what crazy color or cut I have asked for she has always delivered and I have always loved it. And now she is the only one I trust my oldest daughters hair to as well. All the stylist there are great making it a warm and fun place to go, relax and get done up…

I’m very picky about who does my hair but I found Tina at Diva salon and I have been going back to her for over 4 years now. Tina knows what products to use and is very up to date on all the new styles and trends. My last visit to Tina she added in some feather extensions. I love them!!!

That place is awesome and the stylists are hot.

Up until a few weeks ago, I had never had my hair cut in a salon before. But when I did choose to have it cut, I came here. Rachael cut it for me and it looks and feels freaking amazing. It’s a really nice salon (good decorating) and the people are all really nice. I didn’t get my hair colored but the girl before me did and her’s looked really good too. I’m definitely going back and I definitely recommend them

cute salon located in the Windsor Town Green! i get my hair done by Terry and she NEVER FAILS ME!!! she makes me a DIVA (ok, sooo corny i know! couldn’t help it) i do not let anyone else come close to touching my hair! she’s great with both cut and color! i’ve been blonde, bright red, bright blue, purple (and my hair is naturally dark black) and she’s never done me wrong!
the atmosphere is great and the price is typical of an upscale salon, but you are offered free coffee or tea and the girls there are soooooo nice! great customer service. plus, it’s right next to powell’s sweet shop and café noto!
