If you enjoy ice cream with a lot of toppings these are your type of establishments. The ice cream itself is actually quite good. I would say it has a good consistency. The ice cream is never too hard and not too soft. Once again they carry quite the selection of toppings as well as some rotating seasonal flavors of ice cream. These guys also carry cakes, cupcakes, and milkshakes.

I go in, there are three employees behind the counter, a mother and daughter customer with their order eating… No one says even hello. I check out the ice cream. I look at their boards of over sprinkled stuff and ask for a simple one scoop sugar cone. «Those are for kids!» is the reply to my request for one scoop in a regular cone. I’m a bit taken back, so I point to the cone and say I’d like one of these? «Those are for kids!». Apparently an adult cannot come into this place and order a simple one scoop cone. I turn around to leave and I“m greeted with «You’re Welcome!». This place is weird!

I ordered 2 of the party packs for my daughter’s high school swim team party and was very impressed by the quality and quantity of product. Patty was superb at organizing the items. We love their ice cream but most of all their customer service!

Okay, so it’s all good, favorites are All Lovin’ No Ovin and Banana Caramel Crunch. Place to go for desert, always have to save some space after dinner.

Bland ice cream with candy smashed in. I could think of better ways to consume such calories.

Windsor has your choice between store-​bought ice cream, Basking Robbins and Cold Stone Creamery. I think Cold stone takes the cake. You have your choice of toppings galore (remember this is NOT Yogurt) and your choice of various flavors making your combination’s limitless.
If only this store was a little more generous on their portion size. A «Love-​it» size is too big for me, but the small «Like-​it» size is too small. Help me out peeps.

I have always enjoyed good ice cream, which is hard to find these days with all the soft serve places. Coldstone has a very dense and rich ice cream that satisfies your craving. My favorite is the chocolate, with Kit-​Kat mix in’s. I found the staff here friendly and courteous, and the experience enjoyable. It was raining the day I went in but good ice cream doesn’t care about the weather and I enjoyed every bite.

Coldstone ice cream is one of my favs! I look for the stores wherever I am. A special shout out to Coldstone in Windsor, CA. The staff there rocks! They are so friendly and helpful in making suggestions about special flavor/​topping combinations. I always like to try something different and have never been disappointed. Their ingredients are fresh and delicious! Can’t go wrong at Coldstone for a summertime (or anytime) treat!

After seeing what goes on first hand, I can honestly say I will never step foot into another Coldstone Creamery again.(In Sonoma County at Least.) The level of competence and couth at this coldstone in particular is down right despicable. This is shared between employees and managers alike. The amount of discrimination and corner cutting that goes on behind the scenes is sickening. Ethics in cleanliness is a whole n’other story. I am surprised people aren’t getting sick left and right after eating the products that are being over charged for, its just plain gross. I was repulsed as an employee, but never spoke up in fear for loosing the job which provided me with the meager amount of money that I needed to survive. All-​in-​all in the end I was fired anyway, out of the blue, for a reason that was never disclosed to me. It was discrimination, and now they are further preventing me from getting another job by scaring off all of my potential employers that call them seeking a reference by spreading bold faced lies. Very unprofessional, and down right childish.
