A large pepperoni, mushrooms, and olives pizza with an order of garlic cheese bread and ranch.
Forgot our complimentary 2 liter, that’s okay lower calorie intake.
The crust was a little tough to chew but the sauce peeked through spread out pepperoni and a mountain of sliced, salty olives to which only a few didn’t tumble off going from box to plate. Not much chese action, so those olives just rapidly ran away. What about the mushrooms? Glad you asked; Where are my mushrooms? I found 8 paper thin slices!
That’s right, eight!!! :-((

At least there’s garlic cheese bread… wait where’s my ranch?!!
Pizza sadness came upon my household last night and I am not at all I happy to be out $ 30.
Pizza Guys are not my guys…
Next time, I’m getting two orders of cheesy garlic bread from Little Caesar’s (.)

I love their pizza. The only problem with this location is when I get delivery the pizza is brown on top, and rubbery looking. When we order at the store the pizza is perfect. The price is reasonable.

Drove over from Healdsburg because of good reviews and wouldn’t buy at Mountain Mike’s because of Mike’s hunting practices and bad pizza. Was not disappointed. Got the Pizza Guys Combo and it was fabulous. Excellent service as well. Would certainly go back.

Outstanding service and exemplary quality of food. The store is amazingly run, the ownership and employees work to provide you an amazing experience. The store was extremely well organized and clean. The pizza was amazing!!! I recommend to anyone who wants to get the best quality for their dollar!!!

Place has gone downhill fast. Raised the 2 for 20 price by 4.00. Then when go in for a free ice cream with pick up they try to dime me for .10 for CRV. When I explain to the kid at the counter CRV is for soda/​plastic not for ice cream he didnt know what to do until the other girl working there said its only .10. Ya MY .10. Not yours. Not Pizza Guys. With that attitude get used to working paycheck to paycheck and taken for more than .10 at a time in the future cause when people can take advantage of u they most definitely will. And when the Board of Equalization weights and measures finds out about over charging customers only .10 lets see how they feel about it.

These guys are efficient, inexpensive, and very easy to work with. I had read the negative reviews and was a little nervous, because this was a high-​stakes order. I was asking for 12 extra large pizzas to be delivered to a big party. I didn’t want a mob of hungry teens on my hands! Ash — I don’t know if he is the manager or owner — gave excellent customer service. He even gave me a discount so the final bill was very, very reasonable. I also dealt with another guy (was it Mark? I can’t remember his name.) who was equally polite and competent. The pizza was delivered promptly, was hot, and kept that mob of teens very happy. Highly recommended. I will be ordering again.

I have been coming to this place for past 2 yrs and every single time I gat a warm welcoming also food is always consistent. This is the least I can do to support this great place to keep there doors open. The garlic bread is the best…

It was a Friday night, tired and hungry, too lazy to go out. Called for delivery, ordered The Hawaiian, added jalapeños. Was told it would be 55 minutes. It is Friday night! I didn’t look at the clock, but it was less than 55 minutes, much to our delight. The Canadian bacon is smoked and succulent, the pineapple is sweet, and for us, the jalapeño was a perfect match. The crust wasn’t too thick but delicious. We will definitely be ordering again!
***this would have been a 5 star, but the order taker overcharged us. I mentioned the coupon for the large gourmet pizza, she said the Hawaiian isn’t included. It is on the Specialty Gourmet Menu. I was annoyed, so that’s when I added the jalapeño. She told me the total, including everything, was $ 25.99
When delivery guy got there, it was $ 28.06 or something. This is just wrong. :(

I order pizza here all the time for my kids, and today I tried to order a pizza with a quarter of it with no cheese (because my child is lactose issues) which I disclosed after the Order I was called back saying they could not do such a thing. And I stated I would cancel the order of not. It cost them less in cheese to simply not put it on a quarter. I’m so upset that was the reaction I never want to order here again!

Update: turns out the pizza place only had been on grubhub for a week so they weren’t familiar with it. They nicely called me the next day and offered a free lunch if I was still in town. 4 stars for customers service up from 1 star for frustration. I would try them again.
Original: Ordered via grubhub, the order was confirmed but then they never showed up. Called, no answer. Grubhub called. No answer. Then they were closed. After an hour and 45 minutes of waiting we gave up and grubhub cancelled the order. Frustrating.

This pizza place has a very friendly atmosphere and I really appreciate their costumer service. Their pizzas taste really amazing and their delivery service is very fast too. I would recommend this place for those who wants to have a delicious meal! :)

I was at my friends house. He figured, «how bad could they still be?» Well, they burned the calzone beyond recognition. So much for fifth chances. I guess at this point, shame on us. You figure a place will get better as they filter through employees and get better managers. It’s just not getting better at this location. Piner is still solid though, with minimal mistakes.

Their pizza I great! Plus they have one of the sexiest store managers He is tall, darker skin, has kinda a fro, goes by the name Niqqi with 2 qq’s ! I’ll definitely be back!

I just moved here to town of Windsor. We decided to order pizza I must say everything was top notchstarting from placing my order over the phone (phone person was very polite and helpful) we got our pizza and it was just delicious (great crust and sauce) I would like to let you guys know you have one more regular customer on your list
