Online coupon wouldn’t apply properly to my order and the employees were jerky and inflexible about accommodating their website error. They implied that I found the coupon after placing the order and wouldn’t honor any of the walk in coupons I found either. Never order online an be prepared for bad service if you go in.

The employees here are awful. They answer the phone and say, «can I put you on a brief hold» then put the phone on the counter and never pick it back up. Twice now I have waited on hold for over 7 minutes before hanging up and calling back. Who knows how long I would have been on hold if I hadn’t hung up. There was actually no reason to be on hold at all since I can hear them in the background and they are just BSing with each other. I have also heard them being extremely rude to other customers while I was in the store waiting for my order. We rarely go here because of this and each time I decide to give them another chance I see that nothing has changed. Also if I wanted to wait 30 minutes for a pizza I still have to back myself, I would go to round table.

These guys mess up my order every single time I come through! Whether its missing multiple toppings, missing a pizza, the wrong size, not stretched evenly, etc. Etc. Etc

When I picked up my pizza, an employee stopped making pizza to take my payment. He took off one glove, took my payment and then put the same glove back on his hand without washing his hands. This is unacceptable. He touched his face, cash register, and cash, and did not wash his hands. I watched him go back to making pizzas afterward. It is the beginning of flu season, and I do not feel safe eating your pizzas when this kind of lack of regard for infection control procedures is happening. I absolutely love to eat the delicious take and bake pizzas which is why I gave it two stars. These employees need to be trained.

Whenever I try to order online, something goes wrong. Either they mess up the order, the order is late, or they run out of what I order. Get it together people. I get they are young employees but management needs to take care of business.

No complaints here. Employees are always friendly and haven’t had any issues with my order. (I say that now, knock on wood) I usually phone in my order for pick up and it’s always been ready when I pick up. When I go it has never been crowded, which is nice.

Twice now I have had them forget my order, when I was waiting there! It is really amazing to be the only one in the place and still have other people in front of you. I realize that there are phone orders, but give me a break! I have to say, that when I got it home it was not the pizza I had Imagined. Short on the toppings I ordered and not real good. I just might be done with this place…

The pizza is a given… Its always great but what I’m more impressed with is the group of young people that work here! Always friendly on the phone, always greeting the customers with a smile, and they all just seem to work really well together. You guys get an A + + in my book and your parents should be very VERY proud of y’all! Keep up the good work!

$ 10 Tuesdays is great, the pizza is not too bad. this is a good in case of emergency dinner.

I come into this establishment quite often and i am always greeted with a smile and taken care of quickly.
Fast friendly service.
The young man Manuel is extremely nice and his service keeps me coming back.

I just have a bone to pick about this place.
When I first started getting pizza’s here, I absolutely loved it. Great deals, good pizza, etc. However recently it has been on the decline.
When phoning in orders, they usually get my order wrong… which wouldn’t be a big deal if only they didn’t OVERCHARGE me on top of it! Charging for toppings that are not on the pizza… charging for large pizza when its a thin crust, etc… I’m just done with the B.S.
I have wasted too much money and thought processes on this place to even worry about it anymore.
Sorry Papa Murphy’s, but this customer is gone for good. Good luck cheating someone else.
