We dine here almost weekly and it’s amazing every time. Best margaritas in Northern Colorado. Do yourself a favor and order the Mocajete!

We finally went here and learned what we had been missing. Full house, friendly staff, fun décor. And the food delivers. Molcajete was a real surprise. Big tastes in a big presentation. We have no choice but to become regulars!

Large delicious portions, a really good place to go for Mexican food. Service was good too(we went on a slow night) so it may vary depending on how busy they are.

Our new go to for mexican food. My daughter and I are from New Mexico and have found it hard to find a good mexican food. This place is great! The atmosphere is reminiscent of the great places we had in New Mexico. The tacos were delicious and the asada fries are a must! We will definitely be go back in the near future!

We go here when we’re in the mood for good Mexican food. I get the #26 combo and it is always good. Enough to take home for the next day for lunch. Very clean and good service.

Tried to have lunch here Saturday at 2 pm. The place was dead. We asked for extra salsa for our chips but it never came. The waitress then asked if she could take our order and we asked for 1 more minute. This turned into 24 min with no service. We ended up leaving with out ordering anything. They had lame excuses of why we received such poor service. I live 1 block away from here and will never be back. I will also advise all I know to eat elsewhere.

Stopped in for lunch due to its close location to the Poudre River trail. Service was prompt and polite. Food was excellent. Decided to split a house Cadillac margarita and it was exceptionally smooth and tasty, with no skimping on the alcohol and it was very reasonably priced! This restaurant is worth the drive from Fort Collins for good Mexican fare.

Stopped in for lunch. Sol De Jalisco is conveniently located near the Poudre River Trail; Windsor to Greeley. We were greeted and seated upon entering the restaurant even thought they were busy. Fresh corn chips and tasty(medium) salsa was put on the table while we waited for our order to arrive. I had the Carnitas De Res. Strips of marinated meat fully cooked yet tender. It was accompanied with three tortillas, rice, beans, guacamole, cooked onions and peppers. Very satisfying. Frankly, I was a glutton; the food tasted that good. Shared a house cadillac margarita, which was smooth and reasonably priced. The décor is very vibrant and festive. Very much enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. To conclude. The dinning area was very clean and so were the bathrooms. I highly recommend this restaurant to my friends and family. Hope Sol De Jalisco will continue the standards to which they have set.

Our Friday night favorite spot after work. Love the Corona Margaritas! The green chili pork burrito was so good tonight… first time we’ve ordered it! The food here is always fresh and hot. The meats are roasted and mouth-watering tender & tasty. It is a clean, friendly, family oriented restaurant and we are always proud to introduce friends & family to this place. Always more than happy and satisfied when we leave!

I was up in Windsor for work and Sol De Jalisco was a quick a convenient stop in the area. The menu is huge and the portions even larger. For lunch, I highly recommend ordering a lunch combo. Everyone in my group went with a full menu item and we were stuffed to the point we did not want to work anymore. The chips and salsa is plentiful and delicious. The service was fast and attentive. Even going during the busy lunch hour, we were in and out in about an hours time. Definitely want to go back and try more of the ginormous menu when I am back in Windsor!

Food is pretty good, service… Not so much. Toss up between better food here or better service across town. Good is a 4 star, service is a 1, or –1… Tonight– empty drinks, chips & dips. Then our food was served with no silverware at our table. Bummed out every time we eat here. Crispy rellanos are pretty good, I like the carne asada.
