I dont even think i can give them ONE star. NO Joke. Anyone else have to deal with the store for 4 hours, no joke, just to get a new phone? I was endlessly told wrong information and they had NO idea how to get all the information from my old phone to the new phone, BUT the promised they did know how. I asked over and over, before i got started, could they make sure to transfer everything, my texts, pics, etc. and they said yes. Which was obviously NOT true as it took them 4 hours to do what they promised. I also asked twice would there be ANY extra costs besides the added fee on my monthly bill. They said no. Then asked me how i would be paying today and said it would be $ 100. They also said if i turned in my old phone i could get credit for accessories. So i felt i better use my $ 82 in credit so I got an over priced case. Then they said they would give me a deal on the accessories for all the time it was taking me. But i was confused since i thought i was using money that was mine. Then they said i could just get credit that i didnt HAVE to buy accessories. COULD they just get the story straight. After 2.5 hours, literally, i went home so they could finish dealing with my old phone. I asked if they needed ANY of my passwords or anything. They said NO. So i went home to cool down and gave them an hour. I came back and they said they couldnt do anything since they needed my passwords. I was LIVID and ended up waiting yes, another hour to get my phone as it should have been all along. Yes 4 hours of my day. And yes, the manager was giving me an attitude and was not kind at all. Saying things like«its not my fault since he didnt say those things» Well as a manager you should take responsibility for your workers actions and words and NOT blame the customers. Number rule of being a manager. I doubt anyone will read this so i plan on writing this to the Verizon and getting a name of someone who will listen. I also plan on NEVER going into this store again and would advise others the same. Meanwhile there were others waiting and waiting. and often only one staff person.

I’ve never personally been here but my mother has been in a couple times & was treated very poorly. She came in for help for her LG Ally & the guy wouldn’t stop telling her that she needs to just buy a new phone. He refused to help her both times & kept repeating that she needs to put a lock on her phone. So now she’s going to continue to go to the Santa Rosa Verizon.

My mom and I came here in search of a new iPhone. My mom was convinced she wanted one so it was my job to help her because she is kind of mentally impaired when it comes to smart phones. I’m so very glad we came here. The young gentlemen who helped serve us were very knowledge, helpful and they didn’t try to oversell us. My mom got exactly what she wanted and so far, she is quite happy. If you have any technical issues with any Verizon product or if you’re just in need of an upgrade, come here. The guys are awesome and they will set you up in a jiffy!
