We stayed Here for 4 nights this past weekend while we we were in Winston Salem for a religious convention. The staff was super nice, and the facility itself was very clean. The location is close to the mall and tons of restaurants for dining. I love that our room had a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was never crowded and I rarely heard any noise (despite my room being across from the elevator and next to the storage room). Housekeeping also did a great job keeping the rooms clean. Tip them well. They work hard! Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Really liked this hotel. Clean. Smartly decorated. Personnel were really genuine and enthusiastic. Great recommendations for food. Really great breakfast. Room was very nice too.

Great hotel. Clean. The food products were a little high and not that great. Free breakfast would be great, but not at this marriott. Not even free coffee in the lobby.

Smithfield, VA
The best part of this hotel was Shawn the front desk personnel who checked us in. He gave great dining advice and genuine small talk. The hotel needs to be kept up better. They have plumbing issues (too slow toilets), mold on ceiling. Did report to management.
