I eat at this restaurant at least once a week. Now I really don’t care to eat there as often as. Did. They have replaced the management there and gotten rid of the wait staff that had taken so good care of me and my dining companion. This location has a not so friendly atmosphere compared to what once was, in my opinion. I still eat eat at I hops in my traveling area, just not this one anymore. I guess if you don’t mind the waitstaff being happy then it is ok.

We don’t have an IHOP near us, so during a recent trip we were kind of excited to eat at one again. Sadly, this didn’t meet our expectations. The wait staff clearly would rather socialize than serve food. There were cell phones perched all over the restaurant charging(2 in the entry way propped in a window frame, 1 at the hostess stand & we walked past a few on the floor at various points in the restaurant– how BIZARRE!). And the food was kind of gross. Overcooked eggs, undercooked hash browns… I guess we aren’t that upset we don’t live near an IHOP anymore.

This is our breakfast place on Sunday’s. They really pack the people in there. We have several favorite waitresses there. Always having different specials going on.

Saw waiters twice. Got my own salt and pepper from another table. When I ran out of sugar, I stole that from that same table. Food came lukewarm.

Service was indifferent. Waitress was more interested in chatting with her friends than working. Food quality is below my already limited expectations though not horrible. Stuffed French toast dry. Omelet room temperature. Hash browns really were poor; tasted like frozen warmed in microwave. Turkey berry melt was edible but could’ve been so much better easily. I would not return without trying other options in the area first. But it was better than going hungry.

This place makes me REALLY miss the original pancake house. Surprisingly the items are pretty overpriced for what you get, and the portion. The crepes here are pretty stellar, but that’s about it. Combo items you cannot substitute other sides for… the bacon here is crappy, not crispy and soggy. Sausages are ok, the egg whites are pretty darn greasy. 3 stars because it’s overpriced, most items are not good.

A typical diner chain restaurant! We went there on a «national pancake day» that they gave away free pancake! We also had crepes, omelette and philly cheesesteak sandwich. They all tasted fine. Not bad place for dinner and breakfast food!

Food was horrible and a truly didn’t make sense for me to even pay. I wouldn’t go back and don’t suggest anyone to go to this location

Like every other restaurant and restaurant chain this side of Winston, it’s hit or miss. Consistency is something this area seems to lack, and IHOP is no exception to this rule.

Breakfast is fine here. Watch anything else though. Got some«Steamed» veggies that were ICY! Eek!

Not too many late night options in Winston, so IHOP is one«go-to» after football games. They handle big groups really well and never seem daunted. We’ve had the same waitress both times that our group had visited. She always very friendly. While the service isn’t always super prompt, her personality makes up for a lot. The food is pretty standard. It just isn’t awesome but I’m not really expecting awesome when I visit. I’ve tried the bacon temptation omelet that had a pretty unappetizing cheese sauce. The last visit I had the Pumpkin Pancakes. They were tasty but the hashbrowns that came with the seemed undercooked. There are lots of pros and cons to this IHOP but I think it meets our expectations each time.

The staff is loud ! LOUD! The waitress was terribly nosy! One of the manager has to explain to the cook how to make an omelette! The only edible thing that I ate was the fried chicken and I had to make a meal out of it.
