I have been here many times and overall like it. My favorite part is their salad bar for sure! Regardless of what I order I always add it on. They have a variety of options ranging from 3 types of lettuce, fresh sliced peppers, mushrooms, carrots, green peas and even edamame! Also, freshly made potato salad, pasta salad and dressings to choose from. I ordered their bacon cheeseburger with fries and salad bar this time. It was delicious! Perfectly cooked and seasoned beef with cheddar cheese and crispy bacon on a toasted bun. The fries were perfectly seasoned too. I do wish they would put the condiments at least in the side since they weren’t even on the burger. Only lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles came in the burger. That aside, it was a great dinner. We were seated quickly, had clean bathrooms and loved the warm cheddar biscuits to snack on while we waited on our food!

It sounds weird, but when I want a steak– I come here. This place has the best top sirloin! If I can’t have my steak here, I’ll fix it at home– plain and simple. I like that you can get a variety of fresh, sautéed vegetables with your meal. The service is always friendly, and tonight raised the bar. We had the pleasure of having Emily Rayl as our server, and she was just awesome. I highly recommend asking for her the next time you come!

Be careful with catering. They were over 30 minutes late with my large order, didn’t fully set it up. Food is good though.

Terrible service. Greeter was unbelievably rude. Waiter was overly attentive, constantly interrupting our conversation with unnecessary and unwanted attention. Yet when we wanted him, he was no where to be found. Our steaks took ages to come out. The waiter apologized and offered to bring us some bread rolls, which never arrived. The steaks were good. But the service really put us off. I will go to another Ruby Tuesdays but never to this one again.

Ruby Tuesday did a refresh several years ago. They introduced cloth napkins and tablecloths, etc. to class up the joint. Well, the Hanes Mall location didn’t get any of this. They’re still rocking it from the late 1980’s. Food was ok. Service was slow. Ambience was terrible. Throw on your Members Only jacket and a Thriller tee to feel at home in this location. It’s ridiculous.

Its a typical chain. Service was OK, food was eh at best. I got the grilled salmon salad and the salmon was too dry with little flavor. I only came because it was a work lunch. Its always better to go to a local place for lunch.

Normally I eat local but I had a gift card. The service was friendly. I would give the service 4 stars. We both had their new combos that come with the salad bar. They started out by bringing 2 biscuits, She did not tell us what they were but they tasted good. The salad bar looked ok. Some of the vegetables were not looking very good like the tomatoes. The prepared salads were mixed. Some were good but others not so much. I had the sliders with fries. The fries were pale and bland. The burgers tasted good The music is very loud and the paintings are random.

I used to work at a Ruby Tuesday restaurant(years ago) back in NY, I always enjoyed dining at this chain. This particular location… Yikes. Not. A. Fan. I made the mistake of not checking the Unilocal Reviews prior to coming here. My mom and I needed to return some gifts at the mall so my thought was, «Well, there’s a Ruby Tuesday in the mall — let’s just go there.» The place looked really dirty. We passed the salad bar when taken to our table and it was a disaster… to the point where it made me NOT get it.(PLUS all the tong handles were IN the food = EWWWWW!) Once we got to our table, I had time to look around and I noticed the magnitude of the«grossness» of this place. For instance, the wainscot was crusted in dried ketchup and filth. The carpet was old, torn and dingy, there was dust on the window ledges, the ugly vinyl booths had crusty bits in the crevices. YUCK! We should have turned around then. But we stayed. Towards the end of the meal, I used to the restroom. Upon entering the lavatory, the stench was like a kick in the teeth. I then needed to go into 2 stalls before finding one that was reasonably acceptable. And to top off my bathroom experience, one soap dispenser did not work. In addition to the place being dirty… it was definitely in need of some remodeling/updates. Well, it looked like«some» things were updated. Perhaps the large round lights hanging from the ceiling were new… because the tin ceiling tiles that were around the base of them were a blue color while the rest of the ceiling was black. SEEPHOTOATTACHED(Did they forget to paint those??). And the chairs for the tables looked«newer» but yet they still had ugly old table cloths, ugly maroon vinyl booths, ugly walls, ugly dirty ripped carpet, etc etc etc etc. The tile near the salad bar and in the restroom looked like it was original. When was this place built? 1980? As for the food, we both went with Pretzel Cheeseburgers. They tasted good but we both agreed that they were VERY greasy and VERY salty. The pretzel roll was surprisingly really good. I usually never get rolls for my burgers but I wanted to try the soft pretzel bun. The fries were tasty, hot and crispy. After returning home, I looked up the nutrition info on my burger… YOWZA!!! How do they squeeze that many grams of fat into a burger/fries? My meal: Spicy Jalapeño Pretzel Cheeseburger: 1621 calories, 98g fat, 124g carbs, 3751mg sodium! Mom’s meal: Bacon Pretzel Cheeseburger: 1726 calories, 109g fat, 114g carbs, 3722mg sodium! Service: Our waitress was friendly but service was little on the slow side. Our drinks(coffee and iced tea) were empty before we even saw her again to ask for more. Upon leaving the restaurant, there were 2 female employees sitting/standing at the hostess stand talking about non-work stuff. I was SHOCKED that as we passed them to exit, we weren’t thanked for coming, told to have a nice day… NOTHING. As soon as we got out into the mall I mentioned this to my mom and she said, «I was thinking the SAMETHING!!!» I will not return to this location. If you are craving a burger and are at the mall — go to CAROLINAALEHOUSE — right across the parking lot! I have never had a bad meal there and believe I gave them a 5-star! Today, I just wanted to try out a «new-to-me» place but was completely disappointed. If you have your heart set on Ruby Tuesday, I agree with other Unilocalers, the Clemmons location is so much better than this one! It’s a shame, this is such a PRIME location — INTHEMALL.

I love to go to Ruby Tuesday. They have the freshest & best salad bar. They also have Blue Moon on draft. We always have good service there. If you sit in the bar, you can watch sports.

We had lunch today at the Hans Mall Ruby Tuesday in Winston Salem, NC #2822. I had a Carolina chicken salad which the menu stated was made with a salad mix. There were a few mixed green on top of lots of old, brown chunks of iceberg lettuce. The chicken was burned and greasy. Our waitress brought us our food and that was it, not once did she check back with us to see if we liked our food or needed anything. We were ready to leave and did get a box to pack up the salad, to give to our pet rabbit. I gave the waitress Karri F. #1128 my credit card to pay. When she returned I was on the phone and that is why I was a good target; she purposely did not give me back my credit card. It took about 20 minutes before I realized what had happened. I returned and immediately went to the manager. Suddenly Karrie appeared and I said you did not return my credit card. She opens up a check/bill holder where she was keeping her receipts for the day and said oh these things seem to eat up cards. I made a complaint to the manager who gave me a weak apology. Karrie F. was stealing my credit card, I am positive! If you want to have a crappy meal and risk having your credit card stolen, go to Ruby Tuesday. I will never go to one again and plan on letting EVERYONE I know about my experience.

I’ve seen some pretty poor reviews posted but I felt like they had great service! We had a $ 10 dollar off coupon and didn’t want to get in the crowd at there Clemmons location! We really loved there Salad bar and we got there before the crowds got there! The Steak and Lobster were cooked just right! We would just go there for endless there salad bar. Scott & SuAnne.

I would have put two stars… but that seemed generous. Bad service and pretentious titles that consistently fail to deliver.

Mom says she walked into the dark restaurant and looked at the paper menu to see if there was anything there that she wanted to order. While mom was standing at the entrance and still perusing the paper menu the hostess sensed that mom was going to leave w/o ordering anything. So then the hostess offered mom two big cardboard menus and mom refused the cardboard menus saying that she was sure that whatever she was about to order would be on the paper menu. Mom says she should have told the hostess that her arms were too shaky to hold the large cardboard menus. Then the hostess came back and said: «exactly what are you looking for?» Mom said: «I’m looking to see if you have any salmon on the menu». The hostess said: «yeah we have salmon. We have BBQ salmon, etc.» Mom said: «No. I would not like any BBQ salmon». The hostess said: «No. I wouldn’t either». Out of the left side of mom’s eye on the paper menu she notice a picture of a salad w/salmon on top. The hostess then twisted around and told her: «come on» and told mom to sit down in the booth. Mom said she thought she wanted a different seat w/a view of the mall. So mom stood and looked at the mall view seat and then decided that she would just go ahead and take the seat that the hostess offered in the first place. Then the hostess instructed mom to go over to the salad bar and make her own salad. Mom said: «I thought the salad came pre made w/the salmon on top» and the hostess said: «Oh no! You have to go over to the salad bar and make your own salad». So mom although tired went ahead and made her own salad. After she made her salad a waitress appeared at her table and asked her: «what else did she want w/her salad?» Mom said: «I thought it all came as one meal» b/c she wanted the salad w/the salmon on top and the waitress quickly disappeared. When the waitress came back she said that she was sorry that the hostess had sent mom to the salad bar b/c the salad does come pre-made w/the salmon on top, but they would let that stand as the salad for the same $ 13.00. Upon the waitress return to mom’s table she brought(2) biscuits. Mom said: «is that my salmon?» and she said: «No. We have to cook the salmon.» So mom ate the tasteless biscuits while she waited for the salmon and she had already eaten her salad. A while later the salmon came out and it was luke warm! Mom was expecting it to be piping hot since it took a while for the waitress to return w/it. Mom says the salmon was laying in something that looked like a pool of grease that did not taste like olive oil. Mom says when she left there she made a mental note not to ever go there again. She says next time she’ll go to Bojangles. Five Guys, or next time back to her apartment and cook something. Mom says the food did go down alright and she didn’t get sick. It was just tasteless, even the salad bar was tasteless even though her salad had bacon, green pepper, and blue cheese dressing. Mom says that is the cheapest restaurant she’s ever been in. They were even worse than Outback Steakhouse. She says the water was good b/c it was cold and she squeeze the lemon into it! She says she would have paid $ 5.00 just for the cold lemon water and would have even given a tip for the cold lemon water. Something that hostess and waitresses should consider when a new guest enters the restaurant is the age demographic of the diner. Mom is 68 and has had(2) strokes, that’s why she was shaky w/the large cardboard menu, so she is slower to move and more deliberate in making decisions than most younger guests, plus this is her personality:) Mom was most interested in the salad w/salmon on top b/c it looked like a decent complete meal that she did not have to prepare herself. The hostess definitely needs to be familiar w/the menu b/c the hostess can make or break the entire dining experience. This hostess just set mom, the waitress, and the cook up for a disappointing afternoon. A good hostess needs to be able to read people, diffuse any misconceptions and certainly not create any new ones, and listen to the customer, and be woman or man enough to get help when they don’t know the answer to a question.

Good food, great service, not really a full restaurant; but for a place inside the mall, it is what it is. Good place for lunch.

Drive 5 – 10 more minutes to the one in Clemmons. This location has poor food quality, horrible service and overall is not clean. Only positive thing, you wont be waiting to be seated.

I have been to this restaurant more times then I should have. Three to be exact. On the first visit I went with my family and we had a waitress with an attitude that was slamming plates, yelling through the restaurant and not really doing her job. On the second visit the restaurant had only three seats occupied but I still had to wait over 20 minutes to be seated and actually ended up going to T.G.I. Fridays. On the third visit they didn’t have half the food we tried to order and while waiting at the bar I ordered a drink that finally got made after 15 minutes and we were being called to be seated. I began going to the one in Clemmons because it is much better. Got dragged in there for a business dinner a fourth time and we all walked right out when we saw the sanitation score of «C».

Met my mom and sister for lunch today. None of us were very hungry so we all opted for the salad bar. Mom and sis got the quiche. Hmmmm. The bar was picked through with no cheese, lettuce was sketchy, dressings were runny. I like my thousand thick enough to choke a chicken on. I did say that. Maybe it’s the after lunch thing, nope its 12:15. Hmmmm. At least the quiche must be good. Well if you like something frozen to oven it is tasty. If not it tastes pretty much frozen to oven. At least the tea has to be good. Well if you like tea that tastes burnt then this is your cup of. well… ATLEASTWEDIDNTHAVETOWAITTOBESEATED. I wonder why?
