Best hot dogs on this side of NC hands down. Simple little place but they’re doing it right. I had a hotdog«all the way» as I usually do. Excellent chili and slaw, and they carry Texas Pete hot sauce so can’t go wrong with that. Do yourself a favor and get a side of fries, they’re fresh cut and soooo good.

This is such an awesome hot dog cart! I will also add that when I went its Health Score Rating was 100! I’ve never known any restaurant personally that has been able to get a perfect score in that department. The potatoes buns were great! The hot dogs were bigger than a lot you see around here, I thought I would need two but one filled me up. Stuart has a good selection of toppings available. I enjoyed the chili and I mean how can you go and not try some of the cheer wine glazed onions. They had the perfect amount of sweetness to them, I would definitely get those again next time. For only $ 5 you get two super filling hotdogs, a bag of chips, and a can of soda! He also has a combo if you just want one hotdog. When I went he was camped out by the Winston-Salem Journal building downtown. Stuart is a really friendly guy and you can tell he takes pride in his delicious offerings. Also he doesn’t mess around since he is a trained chef! Check out where he is, it is usually posted on Twitter and go get yourself some hotdogs.

I tried Willie’s at an outdoor concert. The prices are really reasonable. A two hotdog combo with chips and a drink was only 6 bucks. I think a one dog combo was 4. I had a hotdog with chili, onions, and ketchup. I like the potato buns he uses. They are sturdy and hold up to the chili. The onions were fresh and the chili was tasty. I liked how the toppings were not an extra charge.

Had Wild Willie’s today for the first time by chance. He was set up near biotech place from 11:30 to 12:30 to serve all the folks working near us on all the new construction. Had 2 hot dogs which I was told were local favorites — chili and cole slaw with a few jalapenos on top. Wonderful!

Awesome! I have hit up The Wagon on four different occasions! I find myself checking their facebook page to see if I will be close around lunch time. I may be addicted. I have a system… Skip the chips and eat a second dog! The toppings and sauces are amazing! The hot dogs are all beef and the sausages are all good! I will be back! Thanks Mr Willie!

I’m officially a Wild Child! Wild Willie’s is just what Winston-Salem needs. Great toppings, chili, kick ass sausage dog, and all beef dogs. Did I mention the cheerwine onions? Chef Stuart knows his craft and keeps us fellow dog lovers wanting for more. Creative menu and on top of it all, Willie wears a great hat. Keep doing it. You guys know your wieners!

Good fresh beef hot dog with chili & onions. Best part was the entertaining chef. Can’t wait for all the wonderful sounding specials to come.
