Starbucks

This starbucks location has great service and they are quick to get you your drink. I rarely have to wait despite there occassionally being a line, there usually is a place to sit that has a plug nearby.

«Michael, Stephanie, Peter, Samantha…*long pause* *look of confusion*…Chocolate Croissant». I’ve always been okay with being referred to as a delicious dessert, but those who have a not-​so-​easy name to pronounce, feel my pain. Aside from the name pronunciation fails, or the look of «I’m sorry your mother named you this», this Starbucks is solid as far as speediness and getting orders correct and that’s all that really matters to me when it comes to grabbing a cup of coffee. I only treat myself once or twice a month because although I want to live the fancy life, the fancy life does not want to claim me, and these cups of coffee can get pricey. I’ve experienced service both inside and through the drive-​thru and both have been friendly.

Amazingly slow drive thru line for a place shucking various sundries and coffee.

Four stars with a disclaimer. This location has a drive thru which is a saving grace because the developer and City Planner were obviously on drugs when they designed the access and parking. This location has a pretty small seating area inside compared to other locations and a nice outside patio but due to the parking disaster I usually join the long line at the drive thru. The staff is always exceptionally friendly and helpful but at peak times a wait is always expected.

Starbucks regular here. Drive-​thru can sometimes be long and intimidating but the crew at Starbucks works efficiently and diligently to move the line in a timely manner. As expected, the customer service here is warm and friendly. They always get the order right (unlike most drive-thru’s) and make my morning coffee just right.

Drive through so slow. BUT customer service is awesome! The drinks were just as we liked..

SO disappointed! There’s a worker there that was doing drive-​thru who had the worst attitude ever. My brother and I went to drive thru to get coffee. My brother ordered his usual Venti Starbucks Doubleshot Espresso sweetened with cream. After ordering, he gets his drink stacked up with ice, and the drink is filled to a Tall size and not Venti. My brother complains that this is not the way it usually comes and all that guy did was add milk up to the top and gives it to us. This is not the only bad experience I had with the same person. Whoever goes here will figure out who I’m talking about.

Great service! My Carmel Apple Spice was almost as great as the Cheese Danish. Thanks guys!

Came for the new Starbucks Evenings to try the beer, wine, and food offering. My wife ordered a glass of wine. We received the wine in a dirty glass with lipstick on it. When she went to ask for a new glass, the barista behind the person helping us rolled her eyes and made a comment to another barista about my wife’s request. Her name was Brenna and it was very unprofessional. I continued to see the unprofessionalism she exhibited while helping other guests in the drive thru and making comments. The person who helped us, Daisy, was very accomodating and fixed the problem rather quickly. She came by to check on us also and apologized again for the glass. The service at the table was great. 4 stars because of the service Daisy offered. Brought down to 2 stars because of the rude barista. Mocking your guests is not a good idea. You never know who is watching. I’ll wait until I get closer to the Starbucks by my job to get coffee from now on instead of next to my house. What a shame!

I give Starbucks 0 stars since I will never understand how people spend $ 5 on a daily basis for some coffee.
Putting that aside since I guess the same could be said about «foodies» when it comes to just about any food item, I would say that this location is pretty much on par with the others I’ve visited. The drive-​thru can get extremely long at various times throughout the day, but they have had no accuracy errors and it does seem to move at a decent pace.
I’m not into coffee, so I will only return when my gf forces me to…(I mean asks nicely?)

Service here sucks they messed up my orders too many times especially the drive thru They don’t know how to warm bagels they burned them. I called them and the person answered the phone said. ‘Bring them back I’ll give you another one ’ REALLY? Service needs improvement in this location. Don’t take your customers for granted. i won’t return again.

I’m more of a Panera and Axum fan, but the morning Baristas at Starbucks are always fast and friendly. So, if I’m out and about at 5am, it’s still a pleasant stop for a cup of coffee and some reading time.
(note: reheated frozen foods will never come close to the fresh made goodies at Panera or Axum)

This is one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to! Friendly staff, very low rate of mistakes or other issues. A few times I have visited they have been out of less common ingredients, but the friendly and good natured service has more than made up for that.

I personally enjoy Starbucks but in this case, there was a flaw I being a cake pop lover ordered one… and to my sip rise there was a blonde hair in the icing! IOthetwise…amazing

I feel like this Starbucks is in a challenging location because the parking lot out front, while big, is always full. Every single time I have come here, I have had to drive around to find a parking spot and it’s usually in the farthest corner away. They also have a drive through, which is nice, but it’s always a really long line. Also, once you are in the drive through, there is no way to get out because you have the buildings on one side and the curb and grass on the other side.
The Starbucks inside is pretty small and narrow. There isn’t much room for a line, which there has been every single time. The service is always very friendly and helpful. The drinks are always consistent. If I’m looking to get a quick coffee or drink, this would not be my choice.

I’m not much of a coffee drinker but I stopped by Starbucks to pick up some coffee beans for my dad. The staff was helpful and they offered to grind up the coffee for me. This Starbucks is located next door to Red Robin. They offer a small patio outside with tables and chairs so you can enjoy your coffee.

Pretty nice location. Just like most Starbucks, great coffee and service.

This is a typical Starbucks. This location is close to my home so my husband and I frequent it often. I’m giving it only 3 stars because the dive thru line moves at a snails speed and there is always a line. Yes I could get out and go inside but the parking is horrible because there is quite a few stores in the center that all share a small parking lot. They are usually as well out of bakery items by late morning.
I’ve never really had an issue with the staff, they usually are very nice and polite.

Just went though the drive-​thru today during the torrential down pour and it was hard to see the intercom for ordering. It was raining soooo hard today!
Told the man at the window I couldn’t see it and he rudely told me he wouldn’t take my order. All I wanted was a grande pike, and black. So rude. I will be telling everyone to avoid this location!
