Who enjoys waiting in the drive-thru 20+ minutes for some «fast food»?
Not me. The whole point of choosing this type of restaurant is that you expect to be in and out within a matter of minutes. The bad part about this location is that once you are in line, there’s no way to exit until you’ve reached the front of the line; they work as if there’s no urgency. I’ve been to this location a few times, but today was my last visit. I rather travel a bit further and actually receive good service in a timely manner.

What can you say about Taco Bell?! It’s a great place to get some cheap food. It is really good late night because not much else is open. This location also carries KFC and it’s nice that you can order from both menus in the same order.
The probably with this location is it takes FOREVER to move through the drive thru. They are always slow and it always seems that the car in front of me is waiting for something. Once you get in the drive thru you have no choice but to wait. I waited almost 15 minutes before I got to the window. The car in front of me waited almost the entire time for their order and when I got there of course mine was ready and not that hot anymore.
I’ve never had an issue with the staff, the lady last night was very apologetic about the wait. That was the first time anyone apologized for the wait.

People there are friendly, but they really need to work on the meaning of fast food. Been 3 times and nothing has changed. Started driving out of the way for a different Taco Bell now. There service wait time is minimum of 15 mins or more. Doesn’t matter if busy or not. I ended up turning my car off in the drive through because I was there for 12 mins with only one other car. Second 2 times we went inside and sat at the tables. Good food but not worth the clutter of vehicles in the drive through or waiting all day.
