This is the Chili’s you’re looking for. Assuming you’re looking for a Chili’s. And if you are, then you know why, so I don’t need to tell you. And this one is just like that. Same floor plan, same décor, same menu. This one has excellent service, too. Perhaps better than you’re expecting. Of course, the struggle at Chili’s is to have a meal that contains less than an entire day’s allotment of calories. There are limited options in that regard. I like the ancho salmon, which is pretty good. And only about 500 calories. I have to say the broccoli that came with it was perfectly cooked and delicious… dipped in the ranch dressing… that came with the loaded boneless chicken wings. But that’s another story.

Who doesn’t enjoy Chili’s every now and then? This location is clean and the service is great. I’ve never had a bad experience at any location and will keep going back for the chips and salsa until they all close their doors!

I don’t know why this place has such a low rating. Yes, it’s a chain restaurant, so you should know what you’re getting yourself into. It’s your typical American with some Tex-Mex items. We ate here on a Sunday for lunch, but we’ve eaten here before during the dinner rush. We usually find a seat in the bar(FREE chips & salsa). This time was no different. FOOD: Typical food. I tried the quesadilla explosion salad, as well as the creamy jalapeño buffalo boneless wings. The wings were okay. They reminded me of chicken nuggets tossed in hot sauce. The salad was good. I would order it without cheese in the future. There was so much cheese. We also got some chips and salsa for sitting in the bar area and added some guacamole. SERVICE: The ladies who were waiting on the bar area were really great. They worked as a team and helped each other out, which seems to help cure issues. We’ve been here at night when one server is working hard and the other is slacking. It’s usually a nightmare. The manager, Lisa, was very helpful. We had an issue with using a coupon, and instead of being dismissive, she was patient with us and explained the policy. Yes, I’ll eat here again. Contrary to the other reviews, I don’t think this place only deserves two stars.

I liked this place. It was really busy when we went tonight, but I felt we were seated rather promptly, based on the amount of folks in the restaurant. We got our food on time, and our server was great. Food quality wasn’t my favorite, but that is because I’m not a huge fan of cilantro, which is pretty much in every dish you order there. The entrees and house salad were OK, but for what it is, we enjoyed our time! They have a pick three meal with items like sour cream chicken enchiladas, green chile enchiladas, beef enchiladas, tostadas, house salad, house soup, etc. The two or three items also come with beans and rice for under $ 10! It was definitely more than I could eat. We also got the table-side guacamole. Not sure if that’s offered at other Chili’s locations or not, but regardless, if you like guacamole you cannot go wrong with that as an appetizer. Also, the 1901 Blackberry Smash is delicious!(Warning though, it’s sweet) For payment, they have implemented those new Ziosk monitors where you swipe your card at your table, so you do not pay your server but pay directly on the card reader. It also allows you to split check which worked out nicely for our party. I plan on going back

Very poor service. Over 1−½ hours, the server brought one refill on beverages and we never received our food. The best thing they serve is excuses for why your food isn’t ready. No need to go back.

Worst experience again. The manager tonight always seems overwhelmed. Restaurant is dirty from the floor to the tables. Other than a stadium food stand, I’ve never seen so much garbage on the floor. Waiter walked up and said sorry I didn’t know I was sat”. This should be interesting. No app plates, no clearing dishes after each course(until the check was ready). Arrived at 8:15 and there was nobody at the door and several other people arrived. We had to direct the manager as to who was first. Service was awkward and slow. Painfully inattentive to say the best. We love Winter Garden but miss the pizazz of a normal Chillis. So we will go to UNOs or Red Robin when we have the kids.

This is the kind of place you go when you want average drinks. 2 for 1 Happy hour pretty much makes this place a 2-star otherwise it would be lower because the food is not that good particularly the fajitas which are ALWAYS under-cooked.

I usually love chili’s but this location is the worst place ever. Went in around 2 pm, there were plenty of empty tables but we were told to wait 10 minutes. We waited 10 minutes and still no table. We walked out!!! Won’t go back there ever!!!

The food is fresh and have a good variety. However, it is always crowed. They have happy hour BUT only if you are lucky enough to sit by the bar side. I think it is a bad decision on management to segregate the family section into second class.

I’m giving this restaurant ONE star just because they didn’t pick the phone for food to go order. I called 3 times. Do you hear me manger ??

Food was decent but the place has no management after the facelift everything just went down hill. Rather cook at home next time.

Sat at the bar & just ordered something light as it was close to closing time. Walked in at about 10:30pm & ordered the nachos with beef &2 side orders of loaded mashed potatoes.(Took my mother out for a late-night snack.) My mother said that, unfortunately, they changed the nachos to a smaller, less appealing dish, but other than that, everything went well. Even the nachos still tasted great! Our server — the bartender, Nicole — was awesome! Whenever we had a question or request she was at our attention without hesitation or delay, & displayed great multi-tasking skills. Thanks for a great experience, Nicole!

I’m a big fan of chilis. I like multiple menu items and enjoy their all day 2 for 1 drink specials. However. the service at this location is consistently slow. I don’t think this is the fault of the employees as they are all very friendly, i think they just need more employees working throughout each day.

My husband and I went to this restaurant and would never go back. First, the waitress brought out plates and placed them in front of us. Then she came back out and took them away and said it was for the wrong table and gave it to the table across from us. Then she came back out with just my order, so my husband said that we wanted both orders together. She took my plate away. Then she came out with both orders and dropped my husband’s plate all over him. The manager came over and apologized but didn’t do anything to else to make our experience a little better. On top of all that, the food was so overly salted that we could barely eat it.

This is definitely not the best Chili’s location I’ve been to. If the service were to be a bit slower, or the food a bit colder then I would have given them a 2-star rating as opposed to the 3-stars they barely earned. So, it’s a Tuesday night and the restaurant is maybe filled halfway… so why does everything take so long? My gf is always saying they have very slow service and for some reason I have not noticed until today. We decided to order their ‘Dinner for 2 for $ 20′ which includes an appetizer and 2 entrees, you’re able to choose from about 5 appetizers and about 8 entrees. We ordered the Spiced Panko Onion Rings as our appetizer and we found them to be tasty. They were crunchy and you were able to bite into them without tearing away the entire onion which is always a plus. The ranch dressing also worked well with the light and crunchy batter. As for the entrees, my gf ordered the Mango-Chile Tilapia while I had the Crispy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers. The tilapia looked alright, it didn’t really look too appetizing; the small portion also didn’t piqué my interest. The chicken crispers are pretty much the only reason I ever return to Chili’s. I love texture and I just love the combination of the crispy batter along with the honey-chipotle sauce. The service was friendly. I can’t blame her for the slow kitchen and I can’t blame her for the dirty silverware. One positive would be the new program they have which allows you to earn points for every dollar you spend. It may not be much, but a free dessert or drink every now and then doesn’t hurt.

The service is okay. The most annoying part is never having enough help and not seating entire sections and putting you on a 30 minute wait!

Food was supposed to be ready at 7:45 pm. It came at 8:15, both items cold, sent back to fix, came back after it was microwaved to no end. Chicken fried out, fajita beef dried out and still cold. If you can not do Togo correctly shut the window. This is our second attempt to get to go here. You need to get it right. Spent $ 30 with the tip, I should have walked in and just handed the money to the manager and left then walked over to Longhorn.

It is ok… nothing special. It is a chain and service is slow and even slower when busy. If you go then at least sit in the bar area for free chips and salsa and go when it is two for one margaritas.

They redesigned the restaurant and they still can’t keep up with crowds. The host/hostess look like they can’t count. They always have a large section of the restaurant closed for no apparent reason. Majority of the time it is a 35 – 45 minutes wait because the servers are unable to keep up serving the guests. Makes no sense cause they have more than enough servers walking around looking confused. Some day they will get it right.
