This location is better than others I’ve been to. Friendly staff that comes around, asks for refills, and offers to clean away the table for you.

I usually choose not to come to this location because it always take so long to get served especially in the drive-​through. I tried to give them a chance tonight but I found myself sitting in the drive-​through for at least 15 to 20 minutes. My son was asleep in the car so I couldn’t go inside. Get to the window expecting them to at least apologize for the wait but nothing. I’m sorry but you expect to get quick service when you go thru a drive thru. I understand that sometimes circumstances are such that you may have to wait but this seems to happen t be a lot at this location. I wiiI try to avoid this location if possible.

Manager is rude. I waited more than 15 minutes to get my milk shake. The cashier place order twice but manager was totally ignorant. She does not care.

This location is near my work, so I frequent here often. Two words: efficient and friendly! Props to this team and their management! In a hopping plaza that’s always busy this restaurant turns out the drive thru with never a wait. You would think having their team members taking orders in the parking lot would lead to grumpy workers, not once, and in the heat they still look well uniformed and organized. I have been in the dining room and the same goes in there. There’s lots of options in this plaza for a quick lunch, I resort to here more often for their service!

Shout out to this Chickfila for having a stellar drive through. Ya’ll are superstars. The line can be wrapped around the building but still goes super fast. Employees are always friendly and always have individually wrapped dog treats for my dog.

One of the best fast food restaurant nationwide. I just don’t like that much chicken. Excellent customer service.

I eat at chik fil a quite often and this location in particular. I was not pleased during my recent visit! I ordered the spicy pepper jack sandwich and it was very soggy and greasy and once I bit into it the chicken was bright PINK on the inside which is an indication that it is not cooked thoroughly so I waited for a very long time for anyone to acknowledge me to tell them that and hand them my uneaten sandwich and in return the lady just said «oh ok» and giggled and proceeded to throw it away! Nobody ever came back and asked if they could get me a new one or anything else instead which is common customer service! Not to mention there was flies everywhere and the entire place constantly smells like B.O. They are also very slow every time I go through drive through takes half an hour which defeats the purpose of being a «fast food» restaurant. I’m not sure if there is new management but this place has gone down hill fast!

BEST DRIVE THROUGH EVER! .3. I love the choices on their menu and for once I actually love chicken nuggets! My son loves that you can trade out the toys for ice cream and he loves the play area! Keep it a secret but sometimes I sneak into the play area to play with them. Amazing food! Oh and digging the Chick Fil A sauce.

This location has consistently given quick and friendly service. I typically visit during the evening hours as opposed to midday, so I’m not sure how the service stands up for the daily lunch stampede.
The food is as good/​great as you’d expect from a typical Chick-​fil-​A. I love their Spicy Chicken Sandwich; the crispy breading works perfectly with the tangy pickle and ½ gallon of Buttermilk Ranch Sauce.
The only negative? They do not have a $ 1 menu, however, I’m assuming it’s for the best since I’d weigh an additional 20lbs. if they did.

Always friendly & fast. Smiles from all the staff. Love to bring our tiny here. It would be nice to see the playground cleaned more frequently. … but kids dont care about that. I love that our little one can trade out his toy for an icecream if he prefers.

As far as fast food goes, Chik-​fil-​A transcends the industry. This particular location is excellent with handling large crowds and the high quantity of guests inside and at the drive thru. I have never seen so many employees working outside a restaurant to make sure the experience at the drive thru is as good as the service inside. I also noticed a sign inside saying they have kitchen tours, which makes me believe they do have a lot of pride in their restaurant and delivering a fantastic end product. It is delicious and the best value in fast food! Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner and even dessert for an ice dream!

Ran through the drive thru this morning after a bike ride. There was a person that took my order by the menu board and a nice young lady standing outside the window handed me my food. Really nice personal touch!

Best drive thru service ever! Long line but I was through it in about 1 minute. My chicken strips wouldn’t be ready for 2 minutes (I wasn’t in a hurry anyway) so the manager have me a card for a FREE Chik fil A sandwich MEAL! Excellent job guys!

We have had such bad luck with this Chick-​fil-​A wrong orders all the time, cold food, and not alway friendly staff. This time has just made me bitter about This Chic-​Fil-​A location. My food was cold, but the real reason is I took my 3 year old and 1 year old to the play area and the other kids in the play area were being very rowdy and climbing all over the equipment the way you’re not supposed to. One of the kids almost fell on my one-​year-​old daughter and another kid almost kicked her in the face. I went to complain to the manager and he just didn’t seem concerned at all, nor could I feel like anything he said to me was sincere. Not sure if I’m going to return to this Chick-​fil-​A

Ok I feel the need to re review this place. First off let me say I eat at Chick Fil a at least once a week because my 6 year old loves it. My son always trades his toy for ice cream and pays the .25 for the chocolate syrup. He went up with his toy and his money and the rude new manger they have that is middle aged, nerdy, and not polite like everyone else at chick fila is proceeded to tell my son he didn’t have enough money for the chocolate and a cherry and made a 6 year old cry. My son likes to feel like a big boy and get it himself so I always let him. Well he comes back in tears. I go up to now pay for a Sundae for my son and ask the manager and once again he is rude to me and said my son was asking for free ice cream with chocolate and cherries which he was not. After he accused my son of that he turns around and acts like I walked away which I did not. I also had to defend my food from flies the whole time we were eating and there must have been 50+ flies hanging out on the window to the playground. This place has gone downhill. The playground smells like BO and dirty socks. I am moving soon and will just eat somewhere else until we move.

July 11^th is National Chick Fil a day. Dress in a full cow costume and get a meal free! Includes fries and a drink! But, if you partially dress as a cow (white shirt, cow spots, tail, ears, hats etc;) you get to pick either the chicken sandwich, spicy chicken, the grilled sandwich, grilled nuggets 8 ct. or the regular strips 3 ct.). I went in there today with my boyfriend and it was packed! But service was great, we hopped right in line and the cashiers are fast and the food comes out quite quickly! We even had a place to sit even though it was so busy. They are always super nice and they have great customer service! I cannot complain whatsoever and recommend this Chick Fil A in the Winter Garden/​Ocoee area!

This is my favorite fast food restaurant. The staff are SO much better than all the other fast food restaurants. And the food is always good there, and the service is fast!

Excellent experience at Chick fil a! My wife and I have visited this location several times and always have a great experience. The food is consistent and delicious. Great value and Chick fil a’s customer service is unlike any other.
Any time I visit a Chick fil a, I don’t feel as if I’m in a fast food place, but a restaurant, and this one is no exception!

I mean chick-​fil-​a is pretty much the greatest fast food restaurant ever created and the spicy chicken sandwich is like the greatest thing to ever happen to chicken. This particular location is down the block from where I live and if it wasn’t for my girlfriend id probably be there every day.
The service is pretty outstanding, I once showed up 5 minutes after breakfast had finished and I asked for an item off the breakfast item and my request was obliged no questions asked. Don’t think I could ever have anything bad to say about this place.

Chick-​Fil-​A is theee best fast food joint – but we all know that! They bread their own chicken, and you can totally tell! I love everything, especially their spicy chicken biscuit, spicy chicken sandwich, their gravy biscuit, their hash browns and the waffle fries! Their soft serve is also the best! Like I said, I love everything!
This specific location is awesome! It’s so close to home, and the staff is great! They’re always fast and efficient! I drive by there every morning, and the drive thru line is always super long! It’s that great! One Saturday morning, my boyfriend and I wanted their breakfast, but missed the cutoff time. They saw how sad we were, and they were nice enough to offer some of the breakfast items they had left over!
If you can, buy their calendar! It’s only like $ 6 or $ 7, and you get a card you can use once a month for a designated free item! So worth it!
Only bad thing bout this place, they’re closed Sundays. :(
