Had a pleasant experience purchasing carpet here. The sales person was Neal. Installation went perfect, transaction was smooth. Also running into more knowledgable associates lately. I raise my ratings to 4 stars.

All Lowes stores look alike these days. This one was no different. The door greeter couldn’t answer any questions, the return desk had a helpless clerk, customer service had 5 behind the counter and a line. Of course, I got the trainee who had to fill out a truck rental form 3 times before she got it right. Everyone nice just a chore to accomplish the mission.
