I gave one star because the manager was very nice. Otherwise no star at all. At first the production could not finish my order she said I had to wait for one hour if I want it done. They print a poor quality work.
They charge for letter head to be faxed and if you want to type it in their computer it has to be paid too. I’m so used to be treated nicely in other store that I was really disappointed. I hope it will change, not sure if I come back to find out. :(

Not customer oriented. Ordered online and should have picked item up in 2 hours. Held up at customer service desk for 30+ minutes waiting on them to clear the purchase with their main office while holding the item in their hands I left without the order and purchased at another store. Two days later, finally got my refund on credit card after another boring 30 – 45 minute wait for the Manager to assist a worker to process the refund, what a hassle, Manager needs to be trained to interact with customers and not act like a robot.
