I shopped at this Macy’s and the salesperson, Veronika in the jewelry Dept was so helpful, she made me feel important and helped in my selection, she even recommend a very nice item for me.
Yes, I must admit this is a smaller Macy’s than I am used to but the service is by far nicer, kinder and more helpful than other Macy’s I have shopped at.
I will continue to support this Macy’s and will hopefully have a salesperson as kind and helpful as Veronika.

As the spectrum of Macy’s stores goes, this one is woefully understocked if you’re a woman between the ages of 18 and 50 looking for some cute clothes. Many of the lines that I’m used to finding here in other cities are absent from this space. I spent an hour trying to find nice work clothes that weren’t dowdy and eventually had to give up, with just one Ralph Lauren shirt in hand, and which cost way more than I wanted to spend.
