Discovered Brainer’s at the Milford Christmas parade this morning and fell in love with their fresh Christmas decorations. They sent me from the temporary stand they had set up downtown to the actual greenhouse on Grand a River since they had run out of the color combination I wanted. When I arrived, they charged me $ 10 more for each of the Christmas urn fillers. The explanation I was given is that they put more decoration in this version but that doesn’t appear to be true. They were not nice to me or apologetic at all. I went ahead and bought two but it was a one time purchase rather than a first purchase from a lifetime customer.

Just bought all my annuals here. Customer service is great! When I came here a few weeks ago, the owner (?) was so honest with me, suggesting that I NOT buy the flowers then because it was too early and cold. Went back today and some other man was very helpful, taking time to explain about the different kinds of annuals and their care. I will return here every spring to buy from them. Highly recommended.
