Great team! I was there a week ago and order a jacket, Wendy took care of me. The jacket arrived with in 3 business days. I got the jacket love it but!
I miss judge on the size, took it back there the next day, Adam took over and start calling stores until he find my size in Cali. Looking forward to wear my new jacket. Great team very professional

Great store, really helpful people too. The only place I’ve have found that carries most everything you need gear/​accessory wise. They are about 15 minutes out of Boston. Their brand name things are good quality and get the job done. Competitive prices.

DO NOT RECOMMED! I ORDERED A CLUTCH CABLE AND IT TOOK THREE WEEKS TO COME IN. After calling every day for two weeks straight the manager tells me they never ordered it and then lies and tries to cover his own ass by saying it was on back order… If it was on back order I should’ve received a call. The management is very un professional.

Nothing but positive thing to say about this store. Friendly, experienced staff who definitely have a passion for riding. I wanted to buy a new helmet last fall and they have the best selection (and prices!) of Shoei helmets in probably the entire state. The associate who helped me during the process was patient, engaging, and knowledgable while I tried on numerous helmets.
Another time I had bought the wrong paddock stand for my bike, and wasn’t around in the area until numerous months later. (I live quite a few towns away) They took it back no questions asked, without a receipt, and gave me the correct one I needed free of charge. Fantastic customer service.
They have great bike nights– freebies, food, giveaways– I even won an $ 80 tank bag one night. Overall a great place to visit for almost anything you need that’s motorcycle related.

Great customer service! I bought a leather jacket online through Cycle Gear. Wore it for about three weeks then had a zipper vent malfunction. Brought it to the CG in Woburn, MA where I asked for an exchange but I wanted to keep the my jacket until the new replacement arrives. «No problem, the new jacket should be here next day» That night I was able to go riding and sure enough I had a new jacket the next day. Good customer service is so rare.

This place is awesome. It’s like a Toys R US for bikers. Wide selection of helmets, jackets, gloves, etc. I’ve been there about 3 times now in about 1 year and they even know my name. I’m a big guy and it’s been one of the few bike places to stock 3Xl in jackets. It’s nice to see a shop that actually sells a few things under the msrp.
